Fast, easy to use and accurate
Having previously tried several ear and forehead thermometers, I had concluded that they were just annoying to use and/or hopelessly inaccurate. Based on some general research, as well as other reviews I decided to give this one a try. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use - hold it against the center of the forehead, press the button until it beeps and slide gently to the left (or right, I guess) over to the temple. It'll beep a few more times, but is ready to read. I checked it against normal temps and also compared it with some known accurate traditional methods in fever situations; I conclude that it's one of the most accurate thermometers I've owned. The only caveat I would mention is that if the place it's stored is on the chilly side, the readings seem to be more accurate if I take a minute or two to warm it up under a shirt to point where it no longer feels cold to the touch. Not sure why that is, but for me it produced the best results. Overall, highly recommended.

Seller cares about their customers
My thermometer just happened to quit working 2 days after the return timeframe ended. The seller ended up replacing it for me anyway. I am changing my rating to a 5 star because that was super nice of them and that tells me they truly care about their customers.

Best at home thermometer.
I've been trying to find just a good quality thermometer for a while. Finally came across this one. It is incredible and by far the best at home non oral or rectal I have found.

Does not work, temperature varies 2 degrees on same head
This product does not give an accurate temperature. I checked if I had a fever, and it told me my temperature was 100.3. Tried again seconds later, and it was 98.3. This happened repeatedly, where multiple measurements gave completely different results.Useless product, but I didn't need to try it until after the return window, so I'm stuck with it.
