When I ordered this back 11th Jan it was free delivery but if we wanted it delivered sooner could pay £4.99 but we didn’t pay the extra, when I checked when we would receive my order it kept saying was getting ready to dispatch this went on for 2 weeks, I contacted customer service and they said the same thing they will email me when they have a date to be dispatched. I contacted customer service again 3 days later, as by then I’d had enough waiting for it to arrive, I asked if I could spk to someone else, Nicole checked where my order was and it was being dispatched from the buyer and not Amazon warehouse and if I don’t hear anything within 7 days to contact them again. Then all of a sudden 2 days later I received my order, seemed a bit strange which made me wonder had they forgotten. It took my husband and I 3 hours to put it together, there are soo many pieces I was keeping everything crossed after waiting soo long that it would be ok. It is fiddling and there are some pieces that when we followed the instructions we had to take them off to put another piece on, hubby said why didn’t they have that on the instructions!! Looks soo nice and worth the wait, we use it more for a sofa for hubby and grandsons to watch football, then if we have both the grandchildren staying they both have a bed

Excellent product. So well organised, making assembly VERY easy. Everything clearly labelled. I made this myself, slowly relaxed listening to music and chilling. Took me a couple of hours only because I wasn’t in a rush. Just make sure for image 2 you keep the slot gaps to top and the central bolt fittings facing inwards. Excellent product, the plastic pieces for the mattress support are just another example of the thought gone into making this a quality product. Hand snap fitting so supports fit snugly. This is less than half of what ikea have their daybed for and i have always bought from there so this was a risk i took but sooo happy that i did! Thank you to the team there!

Well made product and was actually delivered early. Easy to put together especially if there are two people doing it. No bits missing and was well packed.

Brought this for my granddaughter sturdy enough for a child looks good. Would recommend.

This is a cute daybed but the screws are not made of strong metal so they will not go into the parts of the bed properly so that it can be built. I've no idea why the screws would be so cheap but they don't work and I'm having quite a time trying to get this refunded.

Great beds but was missing two screws and one bed at the frame upside down and they didn’t sort it or offer to switch for a new bed
