Item as described. Brand new and factory sealed. Works perfectly and just or my cricket SIM chip in and go. Can't really tell is there is a difference in menus between international and US version of phone. It upgraded itself to android nougat. Love it.

I bought a Note 5 (local version, single SIM) for my wife about a year ago, and it has been working nicely since. I bought this dual-SIM device for myself to replace my Note 4. The device is lovely, but it has a few problems: - It always turns itself off (shuts down) if not used for about an hour (it is not the battery, because this happens even when the battery is fully charged, and when the charger is connect). - It frequently freezes while I use it (it is not related to the device getting hot, it happens with the device's temperature is normal). - It restarts itself for no apparent reason. Sometimes it restarts continuously until the battery is completely drained! Because of the above mentioned points, I use the device as if it has no support for SIM cards!!! If I install my SIM cards in this note 5 I will miss many calls when the device is busy continuously restarting, or when it has turned itself off. And the device comes with no warranty, as advertised! I have tried many "solutions" I found online, such as upgrading the device to the lates OS version (7), wiping cach, disabling some apps, ... etc, but nothing worked. Although the device looks new, when I turned it on for the first time, it was already set up and running! My conclusion: someone has bought this device and returned it to the seller because of the problems described in this review. I bought this device from amazon because I couldn't find a dual-SIM note 5 locally. I ended up paying more for a device that I don't use with even one SIM.

Phone worked fine as expected but part of the screen has NO sensitivity for writing. This sucks as ONE of reasons for buying Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is to write notes on the screen.

Fast. Good cameras. Lot of room for apps. Not noticing tje significant warming of the instrument as my past experences with past models.

Arrived on time and it was everything I expected. Everything so far works great and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks...

Daughter got it to replace dying phone. Was here the next day. She lives off her phone.

I love my note, but i bought this one so that i could have a work number and personal number on the same phone. Since i use the same provider as my work, dual sims did not work. You have to use sims from different providers.

It was a gift for my brother, he loved it!!!
