I LOVE this magnesium foam for sore muscles. One of my Physical Therapists used it on me whenever I got a muscle cramp during therapy. I now keep it on hand at home at all times for nightly Leg Cramps or any other muscular aches or pains. Rubbing in Two pumps is usually enough for a leg or thigh problem.

My wife uses it all the time so she can ease the pain from back and arm to sleep. Would have given 5 stars but the container was in n sealed bag, during all the transport it leaked some into bag. It works very well for my wife. It arrived quick and was not damaged but some had leaked into sealed bag of Phuel container.

This stuff really work to remedy pain for tight sore muscles. I apply after exercise to damp skin and run in thoroughly for it to penetrate. The smell is neither pleasant nor unpleasant—I can’t tell what it resembles but I don’t enjoy it. On the other hand it doesn’t keep me from purchasing it. Not sticky.

This is a great product, however it was damaged during shipping and they will not return it.

I have been using this product for about 5 years. I use this product before (and sometimes after) a long bicycle ride. It definitely reduces muscle soreness both during and after the ride for me.
