This book was so much fun to read! I can't stop reading the Nocturne Falls books! They are full of fun, paranormal characters that I love rooting for.

This was a love story about a witch and her familiar and it was great. There was no typos and no confusion as to what is where for who and when.

Y'all. I think I've found my new favorite book in the series! I literally could not put this book down. I kept telling myself... just one more chapter... just one more chapter... until it was almost 1am and I had finished the book. I'm now running on about 3 hours of sleep but, we all know, sleep is overrated.. 😉Cole and his daughter, Kaley, moved to Nocturne Falls after he inherited his great-uncle's house. His plan is to renovate it and then sell it. And this needs to happen fast. Kaley is talking about being a witch, coming into her powers, and when Cole doesn't believe her, she runs away and ends up at Pandora's house.Pandora's magic has been "broken" her entire life. It never fails to go awry whenever she uses it. It isn't until she meets Cole and Kaley that it starts acting the way it should. Trying to figure out why that is, is going to be a bit difficult seeing as she can't stand the man.Add in a crazy ex, a meddling ghost, overprotective family members, and a man who has zero clue what he is, and you've got the makings of the perfect break from reality.Y'all. This book is fantastic! I adored Pandora and Cole. Watching them go from extreme dislike to like to love had this girl letting out all the little dreamy sighs. Unlike the other books I've read so far in this series, these two don't jump right in bed together. They focus more on getting to know each other and seeing if they're compatible because if they're wrong, there will be consequences to pay.I'm still really enjoying this series. Nocturne Falls is my new favorite destination. I loved seeing some old friends and learning about new ones. I can't wait to see who's story is up next!I really don't know why it took me so long to give Ms. Painter a try, but I'm glad I finally did. It's been nice not having to scroll through my kindle or search Amazon for new books and/or authors. Makes my life so much easier.. 😉

Fabulous story!! Everything in this series is wonderful. I will definitely be following this author. Supernatural yumminess. You will love it!

The story is great! The caricatures are amazing. These books make me want to live in Nocturne Falls! Very well written.

I LOVED this book, I found it super cute from beginning to end! Even though this book is a Bell Pepper on the pepper scale with fade to black love scenes this book touched my heart. The characters and the situations that they go through throughout the story made me fall more in love with this series. Kristen Painter has created a town full of unique and amazing characters that I love getting to know more as the series continues, this is book for in this romantic series about Nocturnal Falls and can't wait to read the next book in the series! The drama and love story as well as the supernatural aspect of the town and story are all reasons why I give this book 4.5 out of 5 stars, but truly it is the way that Ms. Painter writes that has me coming back for more. I have yet to read something of hers that I do not like.If you like sweet, cute and explicit free books about the supernatural which involves a romantic situation as well as some drama then I do recommend checking out this series!I hope this helps you find your next Tantalizing Tome!

I am utterly in love with this series and have read the first four books in very quick succession.It's clear to see that as the author gets to grips with her fictional town of Nocturne Falls where the supernatural mingle with humans and every day is Halloween, that she's keen to experiment with relationships between different species.This time we've had a witch and a non-believer, who just knew he was a human and nothing more, until he arrived in Nocturn Falls, throw into the mix a teenage daughter, cautious parents and an ex-wife and you've got yourself another great instalment in the lives and loves of the people of Nocturne Falls. As before we still catch glimpses of the main characters from previous novels, as well as odd hints about what's to come in future books. Ensuring a great relationship between us the readers and the town and all it's wonderful inhabitants.The whole series is beautifully written, great fun and clean; no explicit sex scenes and no swearing, just really enjoyable writing. I've already downloaded book 5.

A cool twist about witch lore. The author has the uncanny ability to take a lore, story and twist it into something else, something new. A story that is entertaining yet wholesome. A sweet clean love story that leaves you smiling ear to ear. The story runs smoothly and keeps you locked in, with excellent characters and good drama.Highly recommended to urban fantasy and paranormal romance lovers

It matters not to me how many times I read this book, I love the story and the characters. It is great fun to see how the characters grow and develop in their own unique ways whilst highlighting the changes in previous books in the series. I am loving the way it all develops.Pandora is a witch with broken magic and yet strong in herself, Cole is a non believer with a witchy daughter. You can imagine the chaos that ensues. Well worth the read.

Nocturne Falls and its strange community include many magical or magic using inhabitants and that includes a witch or two. In fact a whole coven of witches.A Professor on sabbatical from his teaching job comes to the town to help his daughter stabilise.But she insists she is a witch and their neighbour believes her!I really like this series and there are just so many inhabitants to write about, Kristen will be writing this series for many years...

Loved it yet again great book you really get to know the charectors such a great series I am enjoying this as much as her other books so glad I took the risk of reading the first in the series defo well worth the price and defo recommend to others who love her work even if you never heard of her check it out I think you will love it
