My granddaughter is very artistic and asked for animals to build a diorama. These were just perfect, she loved them.

I purchased this wolf figurine for my granddaughter. She loves all animals, has lots of figurines. This one is good quality, and she likes it. But one thing that I did not notice until after we received it is that it has a very pronounced dark line running from the top of one front leg, up the body and across its back, and down to the top of the opposite front leg. That dark line looks like a seam or connection joint as though the front half of the body was joined to the back half during manufacturing of the figurine, or as though that is the connection between two parts of the body that move/bend. After looking more closely, I can see that the same dark line IS very visible in the seller's photos of the figurine. It does not appear that this is a connection between the front and back parts of the body. And the wolf definitely doesn't bend. But we don't like that pronounced seam. If I had this purchase to make again, I would pick a wolf that does not have that seam across its back, if there is a different one available.I write honest revies to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I used this for a book report it’s a good figure

I added this to a snowy village display of churches, animals and trees. The forest animals and birds gathered around a lighted tree in the quiet of night. It was gorgeous, and children loved it!

This is not our first one of these. As soon as the kid saw it, they said that the wolf was hurt and had a scar. You can see in the pictures what they mean. There's this black seam where the pieces were glued or something. I'm including pictures of a Husky we have from this collection where you cannot even see where the pieces were fused. But in the wolf is so clearly defined that even the kiddo notices it and was sad because the wolf was "hurt." I'm lowering to three stars because of that. Otherwise, it would be as awesome and accurate as all the other ones we have bought in the past. That seam is our only complain.

I create landscapes made of wood, and I add animals to make the piece realistic. This particular wolf figurine worked well with this landscape.
