This speakerphone is a amazing. Does quite well in large rooms where other speakerphones/microphones have a tough time. Audio is fantastic, very loud and even works as a music/movie speaker in a pinch. Great build quality. It is pretty large so just keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend keeping the firmware updated using Jabra Direct as I did have a few small issues when I received it. I agree that it is pain that it has to be plugged in and would love to see a rechargeable or USB Powered version in the future, but this is clearly mentioned on Jabra's website so can't really fault the device for it. I would also like to see Jabra cut $100 off the price. Overall if you have the ability to plug your speakerphone into wall for power this is a great speakerphone. If you need something that is usb powered I would check out the Chat 150 UC or Chat160/170 Skype/Lync

Was looking for a mic and speaker combo for a long conference room table (seats 14). USB worked fine. Bluetooth did not work with my 5 year old computer so I had to buy an Bluetooth dongle that supports 5.1 technology (I believe the Speak 810 needs 4.1 or later). Audio and mic quality are both good regardless of what position of the table I was sitting at. My only complaint so far is that the buttons are all flat and flush buttons, the bluetooth button can accidentally be pressed causing it to disconnect. Then you have to go through the re-connection process again (about 6 steps). If the button were tactile, I think it would be harder to accidentally press.

We are using this speaker for our window visits for residents and they can now hear what their families are saying, but the families are having a hard time hearing the resident. The phone speaker just wasn't enough and this was the solution. Just wishing that it made it easier for both the resident and the families to hear.

I have searched long and hard for an excellent conference room phone that works with an iPhone. After reading many reviews of the Jabra 810, I finally decided to get it when I saw the price at $475 instead of $600. So far it has not disappointed. I have not used it for a meeting yet, but tested in our conference room. Our conference table is 16' long x 4.5' wide. A person speaking thru the Jabra can easily be heard at the end of the table (8' away) and if a person at the table speaks clearly and reasonably loud (at a volume level at all at the table can hear), so far, the person(s) calling in can them. If you're looking for a conference phone that works well with an iPhone - this one is for you!

I thought I am dreaming, tries on three different laptops and two PC with Plugable Bluetooth receiver but still have the same problem, it will not repair automatically. If your system reboot the then say good by to your speaker. You have to open Bluetooth in the computer then turn press the Bluetooth button then disconnect your old 810 from the computer and repair it every time you want to use it. very disappointed. The 510 work without a problem, stay with 510 for now.

When connected, this Speak 810 UC works and sounds great. Easily handles our conference room table with 8 people seated around. Sometimes pairing and connecting don't work as expected. We can always figure it out but wish there was no figuring necessary.

Had no issues with Bluetooth, nfc, and 3.5 cable connections, did not try USB. Sound is excellent, would say the mic range is about 6ft, beyond that it struggles to track. Really like the simple controls and the very clear mute lights.

Amazed by this mic! Used in a group of 30 people. Callers on the line could hear perfect and room could hear callers when they responded. Muting was simple. We placed at front of room by presentation computer and worked great!
