I was really convinced nothing would work, for months now I’ve been struggling with my energy, laying away, always taking me hours to peel myself out of bed, bowel movements only once maybe twice a week.I ordered so many different vitamins and I’ve tried so many different meds. When I received my package of this multivitamin last night I carefully read that you shouldn’t take it during night time so I set it to take it when I wake up. I ended up waking up around 6am this morning and I’m writing this review at 9 am because I just want to say how much ENERGY I have, how FIRM I feel (muscle wise), how much brighter and more vivid everything around me feels. Like I’ve peeled back the curtains and opened up the window to a fresh spring breeze. Not to mention I also had a bowel movement within 3 hours of taking them this morning.Only slight complaint (it’s tolerable) but the pills have a slight scent to them and are a tad big and taste a little bad if you can’t swallow them instantly with the help of water. But no aftertaste or residue once swallowed.Also I’d like to note that I suffer A LOT with acid reflux and a lot of vitamin supplements have done nothing but make me burp, gag, and makes my stomach feel like it’s turning inside out. But these ones didn’t! Make sure to follow the directions and eat with food too!!Will definitely be rebuying!

Vitamin quality is excellent.

It started working the very first day I have taken this vitamin in the past so very ease to use it can take up to 14 days for full results so the quality and the vitamins content can't be given best results till then

First day taking it I only felt a little boost of energy but the next day I had so much energy I got everything I needed done. No more sleeping for 10-12 hrs waking up with no energy still. I only had 4 hrs of sleep and I am ready to start my day. The only bad thing I have to say about them , the pills are huge ! If you don’t like taking pills or your gag reflex is strong you might struggle a little bit. Overall the product is a 10/10

Took as directed for two days; the energy boost was great, however, I noticed neon yellow color in my urine. Come day two I was feeling good until it was painful to urinate, then the urgency and frequency to go to the bathroom increased. High levels of vitamin B6 and vitamin C can cause UTI like symptoms. Immediately discontinued use. Went to throw the bottles out & saw the Cancer warning label, I’m glad my body rejected this after 2 days. I definitely don’t recommend.
