Shady warranty policy
Drivers side CV axle failed within 2 years, which isn’t that big of a deal since the listening states it has a lifetime warranty. When I called to get a replacement Detroit Axle informed me that it was covered but I had to pay 38 dollars for shipping. I’m all for a fair price but this is nothing more than the company trying to recoup some of the cost of their warranty. Needless to say I will be sourcing a different vendor for future auto repairs.
