I am so happy to have found this product. I used Dick Gregory's Bahamian Diet several years ago and it worked very well for me. I bought this Dick Gregory's Caribbean Shake for Optimal Health mainly because I know that Mr. Gregory was very dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At first, I was a little apprehensive because of the price. I do believe that I definitely received my money's worth. The container is large. It is not full to the top, probably due to settling. There is at least a month's supply. I am starting with one drink per day, so I should have enough for 6 weeks. My progress report: After just 5 days, the swelling in my ankles is greatly reduced, I am sleeping much better, I feel that my energy level is improved, and over all I just feel better. I am mixing the powder in unsweetened Almond milk and it is so good. It is thick, which I expected, but can be thinned out by adding crushed ice or a little water. I don't feel hungry afterward, which is great for me. I need to lose weight and I will update as that goes on. Make this small investment in your own health. At the best, you will find a product that can work for you. At the worst, you tried and can send it back for a refund. I hope it works for you and helps you on your path to living healthier.

I use this product to jump start my new health regimen. I wanted to use a product that I had similarly used many years ago when Dick Gregory first came up with the product. I notice a little different taste but I just started 05/10/21 and can say that I bought two cannisters for a 30 day fast. I will have to update you 06/09/21. * Update: This product definitely is not the old formula that I remember. It tastes awful and There was no weight loss at all. Dick Gregory is turning over in his grave knowing that this is an attempt to profit off of his name. I went beyond the return date and I would like my money back for the second cannister.

Okay, I like the taste, texture and I feel full after drinking. I did have to breakout my "NutriBullet" Blender as after shaking and stirring, the powder did not completely dissolve (lumps). The blender did the trick. So far, the mix has an excellent taste to me. I mixed one 10 oz. "Naked" Mixed Berry fruit juice, 2 oz. of orange juice with crushed ice. Normally I drink things too fast but the mixture lasted a long time (for me). Now I will wait and see if I can lose weight with this. Upon further review, the instructions read, (one level scoop); Well my experience has determined this to be about 1/2 a scoop. I full scoop was way to strong. I ordered my second package today.

I love the energy I got immediately after drinking it.... The taste is a little weird medicine like taste and a little thick...... Hoping to get results of weight loss and feeling more energy and looking great for 51

Didn’t work

This is an amazing product! I blend it with some leafy greens and fruit then drink it as a meal replacement on busy days. And when I do, I feel full and satisfied! Other days I keep it simple and drink as a healthy snack before or after workouts or just because. Some vegan nutrition powders that I have used in the past has caused bloating and a lot of gas, but I have not experienced that with this one. Most importantly, it is delicious!! I see a lot of people commenting on here about a bad taste. CHILD WHERE?! I got a free E-book with great recipes from the wellness and nature website... Highly recommended!!!!

What an Amazing product. I have purchased the Caribbean Optimal Health shake on several occasions and will continue to purchase. I am Delighted with my experience. As for the cost, I spend $4.00 a day on coffee, caffeine which provides No Nutritional value to my diet, therefore, giving my body the nutrients contained in this product is a small price to pay for the overall benefits I experience. Additionally, I'm Worth It. Personally, the taste exceeds my expectation. I add my choice of fruit to my daily regiment.
