Amazingly fun and dangerous
This is an amazing tool. I need to preface this - I'm a strong average sized mid-60's woman and I'm allergic to the crystals in the sap of Agave Americana. I know this because I used a chain saw to remove one. Once.Eventually I let another one of the beastly agaves get out of hand again and finally found this tool. It's amazing and kinda' scary; be careful - but it's really fun! I used it every few days and in a few weeks I had removed all the leaves down to the stump.

Dope
It’s pretty cool, I thought it’d be smaller but it’s still cool

Not a sharp tool
Not sharp enough …. And super heavy to work…. Not at all what I expected. Expected sharp and efficient tool to deal with these agave cactuses I have that needed to get cut back ….

The picture is not a good representation of size
This tool is huge. It is larger than my husbands hand. The picture makes it look so much smaller, which is what we needed.

This is the right tool for a very specific job.
Big and heavy, it's essentially a flat, sharp, shovel. It has one purpose, which is severing the toxic sap agave you need to trim because it froze or the leaves rot or the cockroaches love it or you're making tequila. That's the only use. Once you're done with it you can stand on the corner of your lot with a big 7 inch brim hat lording over your perfectly-manicured agave sipping tequila and holding the Coa in your hand, blade up and away from your body like a conquering champion in the arena.

Amazing tool
Cuts through my 4 foot tall agave Americanas like it is slicing butter. Arrive well packaged and sharp enough to cut down an agave in under 5 minutes. This is the same tool used by the tequila industry to harvest plants. There are youtube videos that show the pros harvesting which I found helpful.
