Quality epoxy paint...
Quality epoxy paint, which has gotten hard to find at brick and mortar stores. I used it to add protection to a new propane tank located in a marine environment. I also purchased the same brand's thinner

I've now purchased this twice for my boats. Great quality.
This is my second round of purchases for my boats. It goes on well and stay adhered, and the bottom paint seems to adhere nicely to this.

Stuff seems to be very durable, but tough to sand
I decided to use this to seal up the bottom of my 15' whaler Ive been restoring for below the waterline. The prior owner had old paint that was peeling. Sanded it all off and put 3 coats of this one with a foam roller from Lowes. I tried with a 4" quality nap, but it started to shed. The foam rollers seemed to do a great job and went on fairly well. But when it dried, it left it a little rough. I went to sand it smooth to prep for bottom paint it was a bear to sand. I thought I could knock it down with 320, no luck.. tried 220, no luck.. finally went to 80 (all I had around) and it started to come off, but clogged a ton.. then came back to 320 to smooth it off better. Being that it will be below the waterline, Im not overly concerned, but not being able to smooth it out easily either at application or sanding later is somewhat disappointing. I was expecting for it smooth out easily but my guess its this epoxy is really strong which is great, but tough to work with it.Working time I had no problems. It mixed fine 3:1. Gas off for 15 minutes and rolled on. It does have a pot life about 4 hours or so. I was apply to keep going coat after coat.. Fumes were not bad, have had worse.

Good stuff
Great primer for boat hulls, etc Dries to a tough film overnight yet still easy to sand. Says you can’t apply over a 1 part paint, but I used it over dry, sanded Kilz 3 and it was fine.First gallon I purchased from Amazon. I found out the hard way Amazon paint products are not returnable so I looked around. Thats when I found Jamestown Distributors. Same pricing and delivery timing, but included a paint suit, stir stick, roller & pan, roll of tape, and tack cloth, plus’s 10% discount. Not sure of their return policy, but it can’t be worse and the rest is better. Even shipping. Amazons stuff was all dented, Jamestown’s arrived in perfect condition.

Very happy with the end result.
I own a 12' fiberglass boat. One quart ,thinned out properly using Thinner 200, was able to coat the entire inside of the boat twice. So I was able to achieve the recommended coats of 4-5 by using two quarts. I applied with a 9 inch roller with a 3/16" nap. (I didn't tip and roll) All supplies were made by Wooster. Be sure to follow instructions carefully. One side note is to buy a mixer attachment for a drill. The base (paint) is very thick and needs to be mixed thoroughly before mixing with the hardener. Stir for 2 min. Induce 15min ,thin and apply. I have 0 complaints, and will buy again for the next time I need to paint my boat. It's important your roller nap is 3/16" for this two part Primer. Mix the proper amounts and it should go smooth like my experience. Good luck folks. Don't cut corners and get yourself some Wooster supplies .

Surprisingly Good
Used it on a Coosa board transom for an aluminum skiff. The main part is like a wet paste but becomes a thick paint when mixed with the hardener. It rolls and brushes on like a thick latex and based on the porosity of the Coosa I thought I would need 3-4 coats to encase the transom. After a couple of hours some sort of magic happens and it self-levels into the holes and hardens into a fiberglass toughness. I did add a second coat because I had plenty of product, but I probably could have gotten away with just one coat.
