Thickening Lotion, 3.4 Fl. Oz.

Firstly, I have short graduated lob that goes down to my chin and my hair is very fine and thin from taking out hair extensions, so I’ve been looking for the holy Grail of all thickening products and I am so impressed by this one of all and I have a lot! Absolutely love this product! Doesn’t leave your hair, crunchy, greasy, or anything bad except for leaving way more volume than I even imagined. This thickens my hair from roots all the way down to the tips. I love how much volume it gives to my roots and how it actually does expand the strands of your hair to make it thicker looking and gives it more of a texture look, but doesn’t feel like you have any product in when you touch your hair. Plus this product lasts all day and even until the next wash for me. I ordered this and I’ve been using it since then, but recently I went and got a little bit of a trim and haircut and she did not put any products in my hair. It’s then when I noticed how much that this Moroccan oil thickening lotion actually does for my hair because my hair looks so flat with nothing in it, and normally it has so much more volume after using this product. I’ve been using this product since I ordered it so a little over a month now and I’ve gotten used to the volume, so after having no products in it, you can definitely see that this lotion does wonders for your strands and for boosting up the top of your hair, especially if you blow dry upside down and let it cool. I have a short graduated lob and I use a quarter size of this lotion spread evenly throughout my hands, I make sure to get it on my scalp and then spread throughout my hair, I use a comb and comb it all the way through before blow drying upside down and letting cool. I get so much volume from this, my hair sticks up higher but with no crunchy feeling or if I’m brushing it, it doesn’t pull. There’s no bad “side effects“ from this product that I’ve ever had in my hair, no greasiness no nothing except for actual legit volume. If the quarter sized amount isn’t enough for my entire scalp, then I will use a little bit more and I do have short hair and it still doesn’t make my hair greasy after blow drying or styling. I think using even a little bit more than a quarter sized amount on my scalp makes the volume even better. This definitely leaves your hair with volume that I can actually see after I blow dry, my hair looks 10x more full, if I make sure and spread It on my scalp really well it works the best. This hair product is great for if you’re in a hurry, I just put the quarter sized amount spread on my hands and on my scalp and after blow drying upside down and in the direction you want your hair to go, which having thin and fine hair I usually blow dry it from the back so it goes forward, so it has a little bit more volume, and that seems to help too, to brush it a bit I just turn my head upside down and brush the ends, and it leaves your scalp having a poof all around your roots in a good way, which shows volume and definitely makes the strands thicker And all I have to do is just brush the strands but not the roots with a reg round bristle brush, which I do with my head upside down, it’s easy and I can go and leave with my hair looking styled. After I do use a hairspray, but it’s only a one hole and mostly for heat protection, but the thickening lotion also does give a bit of a texture that still keeps your hair soft but expands your strands if that makes sense. That plus the one hold hairspray and I’m good to go for the day until I fall asleep at night. And also the volume lasts, it doesn’t just go away it’ll last all day even with the one hold hairspray that I use until the next wash. I absolutely love this and I’m so glad that I ordered it and do intend on continuing to use it and ordering it. I highly recommend trying it at least to see if it works for your hair because nothing seems to work on mine except for this is become a daily staple after my shower and it’s so easy to use. It is a little more on the pricey side, but for the volume that it gives you and how easy it is to use with no icky feeling in your hair, this is so worth it! Just make sure to get it on your scalp and put the excess throughout your hair strands at the very end of your strands. Excellent product, love it!

All of the Moroccanoil products seem to have a similar scent, which is not my favorite (kind of like baby oil). However, the scent of this product fortunately does not linger. I have been searching for years to replace my cherished Rush-Being Gutsy, which has been the ONLY product that gave me actual volume for my medium fine shoulder length hair, while also preventing curl and frizz without making my hair stiff or greasy. It was like magic, and I have never found a similar product. I first tried the Moroccanoil volume spray and mouse, which made my hair stiff and thin looking, and greasy/thin within less than a day. I then tried the Moroccainoil thickening lotion, which works slightly by itself, but MUCH better when I put it on first and then add BeadHead-Small Talk. You can only use a small amount of each, like a large pea-size squirt, but combined they do add a little volume without making my hair stiff and provide control. Once flat ironed, these products keep my hair from curling and make it look thicker. Unlike most spray and mouse thickening products, this Moroccanoil lotion+BedHead Smalltalk do NOT make my hair look stiff or greasy/flat/thin within a day. They actually extend how long I can go without washing my hair. If I spray a little CHI volume booster or Biolage Volume Bloom (better smell) on my dry hair between washings, then straighten it back out a little with the hair dryer, it looks freshly washed again. Without the Moroccanoil thickening lotion+BeadHead Smalltalk, the effect of volume sprays and mousse are stiff, not actually thickening, and brush out almost immediately. I would highly recommend the thickening lotion.

I absolutely love this facial cleanser. It removes makeup and dirt effortlessly, yet it’s gentle enough for daily use. My skin feels cleansed but never tight or dry. Within a week I noticed fewer breakouts and a more even glow. It has officially become a staple in my skincare routine.

It makes my fine hair too weighed down & makes my hair look darker than it really is. It might not be a bad product for the right hair type, but not my fine hair.

Love the scent and within a day my hair looks so much healthier! It has shine instead of frizzy ends, not greasy feeling! I’ve researched other products and this one is outstanding compared to the rest! Thank you!

Now that I found this, I don’t need anything else for daily hair products. I just use this after I wash and condition my hair, and it gives me volume & curls!

I love this! My hair is thin so it definitely makes my hair look fuller and thicker. A little bit goes a long way. Great product!

Makes hair thicker, soft and shining.

The first time I used it, I used is sparingly and only on the roots. Was not impressed. The next time I used more, 2 pumps for top half of head and 2 pumps for bottom part making sure to get to roots and also to outer layer. My hair was noticably thicker and the best part, greatly reduced my frizz and looked healthy. I have med length hair which has a natural wave/frizz to it. Would recommend.

Amazing volumiser - you only needs small drop on the end of your finger rub palms together and distribute it on head ( I do it with head upside down) I wouldn't say it gave much moisturization though does work - brilliantly Not sticky good bouncy hold ( and I have very fine hair).No smell as far as I'm concerned - which is fine.
