Floyd Rose HexHider Magnetic 3mm Allen Wrench (2 Pack)

These are so convenient. I have one on each of my guitars equipped with a Floyd Rose locking tremolo. They conveniently stick right to the tuning keys on the back of the headstock with a tiny, but strong magnet. I never have to go searching for that Allen wrench again. I also love that I no longer have to drill holes in the back of my guitar to mount a bracket for the wrenches.

Where have these been my whole life. They are awesome. I was worried the magnet wouldn't be strong enough and I would lose it. It has never fallen off. I bought several and have them on all my guitars with Floyds.

These little wrenches rock like the music they enable. Wound up purchasing several packs of these wrenches for each of the guitars that require one. FYI the magnetic bond is not super-strong and if the wrench is inadvertently knocked when coming in or out of a guitar case, in a practice room, or onstage, they can fly off and get lost, so wish the magnetism was stronger, akin to something like Magsafe. But for the convenience, discete storage and carry, and ability to immediately access and fine tune a locking tremolo, these wrenches are the way to go.

If you don't want to drill the back of your headstock for a wrench holder, but want to be able to tune and change strings wherever you are, these work. The magnet could be a hair stronger but mine haven't fallen off.

Smaller than I imagined but I suppose that's good. It does the job, sticks to back of your tuners so it's always handy. I paid $16.99 for two and they look like they could cost $5 each but I'm glad I have them. Two Ibanez guitars with locking nuts and one I constantly retune from drop D to Dd to B so it's nice to not dig up a big clumsy stupid looking Allen Wrench to work on a delicate instrument. If your tired of hunting down Allen Wrenchs to change strings or retune you should get one and they look more like something that's used on a musical instrument than a big dumb wrench.

When I first found out about these this pack was about $32 so getting them around half the price is a great deal I jumped on it I love this thing is so nice to have.
