S1E-PLCD Trench & Driveway Channel Drain with Grate

I have ordered this product twice now to move water away from my house. It has been installed in my driveway and I have driven over it at times. It is holding up well. After the first year of it being installed and going through a Northeast winter, I ordered more. I would recommend and purchase a third time.

Installed as per directions, easy to fit together all parts, no rain yet so jury is still out on how well it works.

It is pricey but does the job.

Normal drain line fittings are very loose. I had to glue them a lot and they still slipped. It's carnage. Then, when I finally sat in the rain holding the drain line while waiting for the glue to dry because the male end of the drain channel is about 1/4" too small, I thought it was ready to go. Unfortunately (or fortunately when you consider it wasn't one of my kids) the first time I stepped on it (I weigh less than 200 lbs) the grate cracked in half and collapsed! Terrible.
