I was reading everyones reviews and wanted to add to it. You need to take any supplement at least 2 weeks before you see the full effects. You also need to be consistant. You can take up to 4 pills a day. Some people take 2 in the morning and then 1 to 2 in the evening. Or break it up to 4 times spread out theough the day. My original review- I bought this because I heard saffron extract helps with anxiety. The best part it also is an appetite suppressant. I take 2 pills every morning about 30 min after I wake up. I can tell you my mood has changed. And I also feel full most of the time. I know this stuff works because one day, something happened at work and my anxiety started. When I started feeling the anxiety and the over-thinking, I remembered that I forgot to take the pill that morning. So I took it right away. Within an hour, I could almost care less about what happened. Everytime I start to think about it, it does not bother me as much as it would if I didn't take this supplement. It really does work. Pills are small and there is no aftertaste.

Purchased 3 times. I am a woman in menopause. This has really helped with sleep at night. I also take their magnesium product along with this about 45-60min before bed. It doesn't work overnight, give it some time to build in your system. Its worth a try.

It took me most of the bottle to figure out for certain that this saffron stuff helps moderate overeating, but i've decided really works. I initially ordered it because i was having crazy insatiable craving-attacks after quarantine started, and i thought it was helping (for food cravings anyway!), but wasn't sure if the reduction was caused by my body balancing out a bit, or the saffron ( i took the time off as an opportunity to quit smoking and do some other detoxing/brain-chemistry meddling as well as the weird time being, well, a major life change!). also i would still be hit with cravings at night, and they seemed to increase and start earlier over time. it finally occurred to me that perhaps i should take one in the evening, instead of one before bed, and that notably and immediately evened out my daily craving intensity, so i feel it has to be the work of these little supplements, and has been, all along. I do think your body builds a bit of a tolerance to them maybe, but now that i worked the timing out better, it seems to be doing it's job, and i can add an extra pill if needed. I can't attest to how they compare to other brands, and I wouldn't say they necessarily suppress my actual appetite, but for someone with intense cravings/unreasonable eating compulsions that pop up, i think they're worth a try. it's not a miracle, but it could definitely help keep a diet on track, or quash a weight-gain trend. they don't make me feel weird or even queasy, either, like most supplements do, and i always take it on an empty stomach in the morning. i wish it would work for booze!

I've been taking this saffron extract for just over a month. I haven't tried any other brands. So far it's worked wonders for me. I feel like a dark cloud has lifted, I have mental clarity, and I'm just overall happy. A month or two ago, I had crushing depression, self-disgust, no energy. Crying all the time. On top of that I was anxious and nervous. I was constantly grinding and clenching my jaw, all day all night to where it was hurting. The thing with my jaw has now stopped! That's the biggest way I'm able to measure it. I truly believe this has changed my life and made me a happier person. I'm taking it along with some mushroom supplements which rebuild neuropathways, so hopefully I will be able to build a strong happy brain that stays that way even if I'm not taking the saffron. If you have trouble with anxiety or depression, please try this. Make sure you take it for a long time consistently, don't even consider rating it until you've been doing it for at least a month. Just wait and see. I'm recommending it to everyone I know who has issues like mine!

I don't think this is helping at all. I took these pills once a day, twice if I remembered, bc it's supposed to help with moods. Almost like a natural antidepressant. I have noticed nothing in a bout 6-8 weeks of taking them. Chat GPT even recommended this brand. Also, people who are taking it to for their appetite, I swear this made me hungrier! I track my calories everyday so I know exactly what I'm eating. The days I take it, I usually end up eating more!

Has anyone else had issues receiving this? It was always on my subscribe and save with no issues, but now the last 2 deliveries just never shipped, though everything else did. So, I cancelled my shipment since it was supposed to arrive today and didn't ship (last time I gave it a week and it was just stalled with "shipping soon"). I ordered it separately thinking maybe that would help, but the ETA is a week or more from now. Because the bottle is so big and I only take 1 a day, I haven't gotten the "new version" everyone is talking about, but I'm REALLY unhappy about the shipping issues. I guess I will find another brand, but these were working for a while. I had to take a couple of weeks off every couple of months because they stop working... then start working again when I restart them. 3 stars because this shouldn't be so hard to just RECEIVE. :(

I take one in the morning along with my other supplements, and it provides a noticeable boost in my overall focus and productivity. I've found that on certain days you may need to take more depending on your workload/stress level. There is a possibility for building a tolerance to saffron though, so I try and stick to one unless I really need another boost later in the day. I think this is probably the best priced brand for supplements on Amazon, and their saffron product seems to be working very well for the price. Highly recommend!

It was my second purchase. The first bottle was great. Now the producer has changed the quality of capsule shells for some cheap, stinky plastic capsules. After swallowing you can feel it for hours because your stomach has problem to digest it. There was no problem with with the privious bottle - it contained white, odorless capsules. DO NOT BUY IT UNTIL THEY COME BACK TO THE HIGH QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

It’s another miracle cure for everything and help reduce your appetite been on it awhile, nothing changed.
