How long do you put the cream on for until you wash it off and use it again?

I put it on before bed so it stays on all night. Been uding it for two weeks now and there is no difference to my skin. Its quite a small jar too.

Ingredients is water glycyrrhiza glabar extra . And glycerine. Is good smail and very smooth.
