Product overall is a well built product and a smart compact design. The method of training that can be used (overcoming isometrics + constant tension) with this item is solid for strength gains, maintaining muscle and even hypertrophy. Not sure if the price is worth what you get especially when you can make one yourself with a couple of tie down straps, 2 handles and a large heavy load carabiner and maybe a good door anchor for under $25. The convenience of having it already assembled may be a reason to purchase it. I still think it is a solid product with a number of great uses.

Love the Iso Flo for isometric workouts, self-resistance dynamic workouts, and it also works as a suspension trainer. The self-resistance takes some work to get used to, well worth the effort. Amazing workout tool in a surprisingly small package.

The Iso Flo ... Iso-Bow on steroids! The IsoFlo is the IsoBow on steroids. I love the Iso-Bow. It has proven to be one of the most versatile exercise equipments delivering power, flexibility and mobility to our muscles. But the arrival of my Iso Flow takes that versatility several notches higher. My first workout today made me a believer in the Iso Flo's true potential. It has given fresh meaning to the Bull worker Mantra " You control the resistance, you control the results". It really challenged my muscles. I could feel the burn, as my muscles pleaded for relief...not from pain but from exhaustion. I did slow deliberate reps to failure, applied Isometric holds duplicating many Zass holds then moved to constant tension of Iso Flow Isomotion engaging my whole body. Not to mention the great cardio effect. What also makes the Iso Flo unique is the you don't need a door anchor to do exercises, you are the anchor....talk about portability! What a powerful complement to the Bullworker Line. The Iso Flow is an exercise equipment whose time has come!

Lots of friction on the straps. I’m concerned they will fray over time. The edge of the strap is already showing some wear and tear after only a few uses.

First off - this is a well designed piece of workout equipment. I am recovering from a herniated disc in my lower back and decided to purchase this product as I thought this would be a great product to ease back into a workout routine (without the strain of lifting weights in a typical gym setting). The 5-week isometric exercise program included in the booklet has been quite surprising with how well I was able to get an efficient workout in. Additionally, there is great content on the Bullworker YouTube Channel to discover new exercises to continue to push yourself.

Great product to use at home, came quickly with fantastic packaging only problem was that the carabiner was missing. Had to order one which pushed the initial cost a bit more than what the product is worth.

Love its versatility. I can go from overcoming isometric to dynamic exercise or vise versa immediately. Totally blasting each body part. I highly recommend it. Its very well made and seems very durable. Even the carrying case is quality stuff. Can't forget to mention their excellent customer service. Thank you Bullworker!

I have been using the iso flo for almost a week and I can tell you it is the real deal.This is no joke I can feel the burn on shoulder presses and bicep curls.Have done a few bow extensions but I think I will be using it by itself or with the isobow that came with it.I like that I can control the resistance.

I have had this for a few years and I have used it intermittently, that's my fault, not the iso-flow's. If you use it, you will get tension all the way through movement unlike free weights or resistance bands, which is great. It's a serious and unyielding burn from the start of the rep.to the top. That said, here's my list of pros and cons: Pros: -- Effective workout, muscles don't get a break -- minimal foot print/very portable -- complements the isometric work if the bullworker Cons: -- Price point (see other reviews) -- Handles on the old model are annoyingly hard to put under bare feet (this has apparently been fixed) -- fiddly to adjust until you get used to it.

it's amazing what you can do with just straps for isometrics and self resistance motion as in ("iso-motion")!

Aprés avoir reçu l'iso flo j'étais dubitatif. Complexe à régler et à utiliser beaucoup plus qu'avec mon bow classic. J'ai donc décidé de retourner l'article. Le lendemain je me suis dis qu'il fallait quand même que je le teste sérieusement pendant quelques jours avant de le renvoyer. Au bout du troisième jour les choses se sont mis en place et j'ai mesuré le potentiel de l'appareil. J'ai annulé mon retour. Avec un entrainement régulier on peut obtenir de trés bon résultat. Je vais l'utiliser avec mon bow classic en complément qui me donne à lui seul d'excellents résultats.
