I like this dim best. I have tried others in the past but they contain harmful inactive ingredients: citric acid,magnesium stearate or maltodextrin. I have histamine intolerance and must be careful with the additional ingredients.

After taking one dose a day at the 75mg per pill amount for a month I found estrogen was climbing, doubling the dose to 2 pills of 75mg a day for a month returned bloodwork that had estrogen climbing again. DIM is a collection of ingredients found in everyday foods of a highly expensive, very healthy diet. Clinical trials showed this did not reduce estrogen - one looking to do that should look into armastaine.
