Good alternative to the OEM filters at half the price
Using this in a Coway Airmega 300 and it fits perfectly. Comparing this to the original, this is a little lighter when holding each one. I suspect with the price being half of the cost of the OEM that some parts will be affected. Seems to be built the same in terms of layers and design. For half off the OEM, I'm willing to give up some density in material to still filter out a good amount of whatever is in the air.

I am happy with these despite them appearing to have a bit less charcoal than OEM
I'm pleased with the performance of these filters. I don't see a materially different impact from OEM with statistics from my Awair monitor and find the odor scrubbing capabilities not less than OEM either to my nose. Physically, the filter is a slightly more difficult / snug fit into the purifier. It doesn't need to be this snug and it makes it difficult to put in and take out, but at the end of the day you can get it in. Given the cost savings with these, it's worth it.

Perfect replacement part
Love these! They work great. If I were to purchase these from Conway Airmega, the company that makes the air filter I have, they would be over $100 for a set of 2. Here on Amazon they are a fraction of the price. Everything about them is identical to the machine original.

Burned my fan motor up
The air passive rate on this filter is lower, as the filter is more dense. This caused the blower of my unit to strain and eventually burn out. COWAY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY WHEN AFTERMARKET FILTERS ARE USED. We’re out $450 for trying to save $20 on filters

Worked well with my coway air filter

The part is for the airmega 400/400S. Description says 300/300S. Also the quality of the frame / construction is inferior to the original part. This may not affect performance, but given it’s much less expensive than the OEM part.
