No fishy aftertaste
I've taken these prenatals with all 5 of my babies and love them. I believe they give your body the proper amounts of nutrients to support your growing baby AND you. They don't leave a bad fishy aftertaste which is super nice since you can basically taste air while pregnant! I would definitely recommend these to all mama to be's!

Great vitamin
I have been using this vitamin brand for over 4 years. I feel great, have energy, and it has choline in it which is essential for fetal development and breast feeding. Not many brands have choline.

Pregnant on month 3 of TTC
I love these vitamins. I started taking these about 3 months before we started trying for our first child. We got pregnant the first month of TTC. (This was 6 years ago.) This time around, I started taking at the same time we started trying again. And we got pregnant on month 3 of TTC. I'm not sure if it helped at all, but it feels good to know that I'm getting all the vitamins I need. I'm still taking them during my pregnancy and plan on doing so throughout, unless my doctor advises otherwise.
