Good flavour but no probiotic benefits
This has a lovely flavour, but unfortunately due to being pasteurised has no probiotic benefits whatsoever. That is a great pity, however, at least I can use it in cooked dishes without feeling guilty. Will have to return to my local sauerkraut producer's products at £5 for less than half the quantity for something to use in salads that will bring benefit as well.
