I bought to consume it. I heard that is is good for the intestines. I couldn’t stomach it as the flavour is terrible. But it is not the products fault. I just didn’t like the taste. I am using it in the bath.

Deliciously scented salts
I use Epsom salts on my bath for arthritis, and this is the nicest mixed mineral salt I have bought ! Made in Barcelona and in good packaging ( hard not the soft plastic which splits once opened) it makes a deliciously relaxing and healing treatment every morning in my bath. Am thrilled with this purchase

Absolutely revolting
The taste and smell are so strong and disgusting that it made me projectile vomit. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. Do NOT buy this product.
