Professional Welder Review
First, let me say this machine/package has far exceeded my expectations. Everlast upgraded my order to deluxe package (very nice of them) and machine came with a #26 torch, a #9 torch (both 25' torch cables with hand remotes on each and protective covers), foot petal, stick stinger, ground clamp, regulator, consumables, and 110 adapter. The 26 torch was a rigid, which I consider to be unusable... I immediately replaced the torch with a flex neck and now it is fine. The 9 torch was a flex neck. I don't particularly like the style hand remotes that came with torches, and I don't like the protective covers. One big improvement to package could have been a stubby consumable kit for the 26 torch. That being said, all in all the accessory package was quite good and most of my issues with it are personal preference issues. I bought this machine to use as a mobile tig machine that I could run off my diesel welding rig, and I really should've done due diligence in researching because it is large, heavy and completely misses mark for what I wanted/intended machine for... I wish the machine was about 20lbs. lighter and half the dimensional size (perfect size would be that of the Miller Maxstar 161, but I'd really like it if it were the size of the Thermal Arc Arc Master 185ACDC). I have used a variety of welding machines, inverters, transformers, Lincoln, Miller, Hobart, ESAB, Thermal Arc, Everlast, etc. and it performs better than most. I still prefer the Miller dynasty for aluminum welding, but at 1/2 to 1/3 the price I will buy this over the Miller all day long. This is a significantly better machine than the earlier Everlast models (which I have used), and is a machine that the average welder will not outgrow. The interface, I find to be very easy to use, even intuitive as others have said, and the features are excellent... the AC wave forms, the pulse function, 120 volt capability, and the 4t settings are all worth noting and what I consider to be major selling points. A significant amount of the work I do is out of place and the 4t function is really a must have for me. I've welded 1/4 inch aluminum, 24 ga. 300 series stainless and just about everything in between and it performs much better than I expected. Weld quality is as good as just about any machine I've used, and I would only give the Miller Dynasty a slight edge over it (not a 2-3k dollar edge, more like a 500 dollar edge). For comparison the other machines I considered were a Lincoln Invertec V205 (used), Miller Dynasty 200 DX (used), HTP Invertig 221 (new), and a Thermal Arc 186 (new). At the end of the day the deciding factor for me was warranty, price (caught the 210EXT on sale) and 120 volt capability (I don't use machine for stick welding as I have a diesel rig if the need arises, so I cant comment on the stick performance. In summary, my thoughts are, 1. This machine is by far the best machine in its price point. 2. I am extremely happy with purchase and performance and would recommend to anyone. 3. This machine is a machine you can build a business around.

Best TIG welder I’ve ever owned
This machine is an absolute beast. The arc is smooth, stable, and easy to control whether I’m running aluminum or steel. The pulse settings and AC balance options make dialing in the perfect weld simple. It’s built solid, quiet, and performs like a unit twice the price. Easily the best TIG welder I’ve ever owned, highly recommended for both professionals and serious hobbyists.

This is a feature packed welder - I love it!
First of all, this is my first welder so I'm no expert. But as a newbie I really found this easy to use, and I really like that it works off 110 or 220 as I initially had no 220 outlets in my garage (I later installed one.) I don't have a single bad thing to say about this unit! It is easy to use and has every feature imaginable built-in. I did have a little trouble finding a cart that would fit it though and ended up using this one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1ZZ6484?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) even though it isn't quite long enough to fully support the welder. I ended up securing it with a strap in the back just to be sure and it is working fine. I highly recommend this welder.

Bought primarily to weld aluminum, and stainless items for my boats.
Three stars for the whip, five stars for customer service. The customer service of this company is exceptional. I've been using this machine for a couple years now. I use it for aluminum, stainless, and mild steel. The only problem I've had with it is that the gas line in the whip deteriorates quickly and leaks gas making it impossible to weld aluminum. Everlast promptly replaced the whip but I personally don't have much hope of it lasting. There are other options for whips that will work on this machine though.

Handles are junk
Both of the handles immediately broke. I haven’t gotten time to test the welder, but that’s not a great start. So far, I’ve super glued the plastic back together.

New to tig and it helped me learn quickly
I've learned mig, then stick, and soldering and brazing, but I've never tig welded. The flowchart style menu really helps take out some of my confusion while I'm still so new at this. I did have to open the case and adjust the high frequency contacts about a quarter or so of a turn for a smaller gap, maybe less than a quarter, approximately 1 C-H. It helped my low amp starts and my arc randomly jumping everywhere it wanted even on fresh metal and brand new tungsten. My first night with the welder and out of frustration I had to put it down for the night, then spent half of today blaming myself until I closed that gap. Now I've spent about 3 hours welding on the machine. I've only done aluminum and mild steel scraps and could now I could not be any happier with this machine. I have a lot to learn but in just a day I've really picked it up quickly and like I said, I thank the settings menu for that. Being able to save the new found sweet spot, worth every penny.

Great unit and Great customer service
Fantastic unit and so easy to use and dial in settings. The foot control that came with my unit stopped working after one welding session, so I contacted Everlast who responded quickly with each communication, gave me some instructions on diagnostics, and then quickly replaced the foot control. Have only been using the TIG process so far but excited to try the STICK process at some point.

Great for novice
I am new to Tig welding. I bought this to add to build an exhaust system on a restoration. Some practice welding and a little help from You Tube and I was welding away. This machine is very easy to set up and performs great. I learned that a good welder can have good results with the worst machine but a great machine can make up for a novice welder. This is a great machine.
