Not a task for an amateur but battery works well. Tools were good-quality. Use less adhesive
My spouse - an Electrical Engineer who has done a LOT of miniature circuits design/repair work - offered to tackle replacing my Iphone 6 battery after Apple quoted $250 instead of their standard $50 fee (because phone had a previous non-Apple battery replacement). He says the tools provided were good-quality and essential for handling the tiny screws and moving other parts. Getting the old battery out was made more difficult by the amount of adhesive on it. He chose to use less adhesive than was provided with the new battery. It took him 3 tries to get the phone properly re-assembled with all connectors fully re-seated and ribbon-cables tucked in place. That $50 standard fee would have been "a bargain".Battery seems to be working well and it is not getting warm while charging (always a good sign). After only 1 day, I can't yet rate battery life. And "easy to install" isn't something the battery-maker has control over... the phone design is intended to discourage 3rd-party repairs.

Goes in easy, long satisfaction
I've done lots of battery refurbishments and have no issues, so I can't speak to the ease. But It's pretty easy if you have opposable thumbs and steady hands. The supplied tool set is adequate but a fixed magnifying glass is also helpful for old eyes. Have been using this battery for about a week now and getting several days use per charge so, initially, I'm happy with it. I usually play games in the morning for a couple hours + regular phone use during the day and burn about 40% of the battery per 24 hrs. I normally recharge to 100% each night. (Yeah, yeah, I know about 20-80% drain-charge recommendations.) The battery this one replaced had over 812 cycles on it before getting flaky, so I can't complain about that. We'll see how this new "better" one holds up in the coming months-years.

Pleasantly surprised it works but seems to heat up more than OEM
I initially fumbled on the battery install due to those pesky screen connections. After the initial install, my screen had some line of junk on the very top. But after un-notching and renotching the screen a couple of times, the phone worked again. The battery install was sometimes tough because of the tape, which I tried to remove w a hairdryer to some success (got most of the tape out) but ultimately had to do tugging and bending of the battery to get it out. Also, I messed up with the screw sequence and installed the wrong longer screw where it shouldn't have been, but eventually aligned them right. The battery install took 75 min for me. First time doing something like this.

Quality tools and great battery life
I recently replaced batteries on an iPhone 6 and two iPhone SE 2nd gen. This was the sucker experience…job completed in less than 10 min. The instructions were mediocre but the tools were nice quality and battery fit and performance have been amazing. The 10 yr old battery would drain 100% to 0% in one day on standby (no calls or other use) and this one goes 5-6 days and only reaches 20-30% from full change. Total sucker experience made me bold enough to do my SE’s. If only the experiences and batteries were as good. If only Apple didn’t end iOS updates this would be my phone of choice.

Worked for 5 months then.....
This battery worked for 5 months and then the battery meter quit reporting correctly. Battery meter started staying at 100% and then phone would just die with no indication. It cycled like that maybe 2 times. Then meter started moving down after a charge but did so slowly. Phone then died around 70%. That's where it is now. The charge does last well, but that isn't acceptable when the meter doesn't read right. Phone is in great condition. I wish I could contact seller about this but can't find a way to do so. I suppose this could be an Apple issue since they do want people to abandon older phones that do the job that they were designed to do but, you know, we(Crapple) want to sell new phones. Global warming bad, filling up landfills with things that work fine, goooood!

My 3rd transplant for my old iPhone 6
What can I say? I got a FREE iPhone six when they were first out.Works like a champ even though apple no longer supports it.This battery is slightly greater capacity, so I'm happy with that and I cannot gripe about the price.Once you get the hang of replacing, it is a breeze. It comes with the tools and instructions. No problem.

Battery for iPhone 6 battery works, but not good!
I bought two batteries of this brand, one 6s and one 6s. The 6s battery is very easy to use, but the 6 battery loses power easily! Not good👎.
