The HOPPE'SHOPPE'S Elite Gun Cleaner 32 OZ is a game changer for anyone tired of tedious gun cleaning! This product really is top quality. It effortlessly removes fouling and carbon, and I've noticed a lot less future carbon buildup, which saves me a ton of time. What I particularly love is the ease of use. The spray application is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to clean my firearms without having to soak them in harsh chemicals like diesel or kerosene. The odorless formula is another great thing; no more lingering, unpleasant smells after cleaning. The fact that it conditions the metal and prevents rust is also a fantastic feature. My guns look and perform better than ever. The claim of reducing cleaning time by up to 80% with regular use is correct in my experience. And knowing it's biodegradable makes me feel good. If you're looking for a high performance, convenient, and effective gun cleaner that eliminates the need for messy, smelly fuels, the HOPPE'SHOPPE'S Elite Gun Cleaner is the perfect solution. Highly recommended! I'll probably repurchase this very soon. This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. One of my favorite cleaners to cut carbon. Great on copper fouling. No odor but wear nitrile gloves. Mildly corrosive to skin. Will soften/eat cuticles. You’ll only do it once.

If there are 1000 ways to skin a cat, there are 10000 ways to clean a firearm. Everyone has their own method and preference for cleaning products, here's mine. I have no gripes with this product at all, it is a great cleaner and conditioner. As others have said, it has no odor, and it will condition metal parts to reduce fouling. The conditioner residue is very light, and in my experience has not attracted dust/grime like CLP has been known to do. I use it for all of my component cleaning (rails, receiver, etc.) and always keep a small bottle in my range bag or daypack for emergencies. However, this product is not a bore solvent. While it will work for bore cleaning in a pinch, it will not remove copper fouling that can build up in the barrel. I use this in conjunction with #9 bore solvent, or montana extreme to remove copper fouling. On the flipside, because it is not a bore solvent, it is safe to use on items that are nickel plated, which if you own anything nickel, makes it invaluable.
