Herba Organica Raspberry Leaf - Rubus Idaeus L - Herbal Tea (50g)

Having tried other alternatives to tobacco in my joints I was dubious to try this and only gave it a go because of the other reviews raving about it... And boy am I glad I did! Using tobacco in joints was the only thing stopping me from being able to quit tobacco. This is perfect to mix into joints, it works like tobacco in the way that it keeps it lit better than a purie joint and it also mimics the harshness on the throat that a tobacco smoker would be used to. However it gives a fresh and slightly sweet taste to the joint which I actually prefer over the tobacco taste. I grind it together with my herb in the grinder to get a good mix and consistency, this worked amazingly for me. I was sold from the first joint, I didn't even bother finishing my packet of tobacco in my joints after that and moved immediately onto the raspberry leaf. I have also introduced it to four other tobacco joint smokers, all of them immediatley asked me for a link to the product. Honestly, just amazing!

I was doubtful at first but I can’t believe we all don’t use this!! Quit tobacco months ago but found my joints to be tiny without it. Used CBD shake as a filler but that is expensive! This leaf burns slow, tastes minimal but nice and isn’t harsh on the throat at all. The price is fantastic, 50g will last me months. Has changed my game, totally changed it. Edit; a bit of trial and error and i've found the best way to put it in joints. I'll grind my other herb as normal and leave it in the chamber. I'll take a generous pinch (around 0.20grams) of this leaf and sorta grind it between my fingers, not too fine but enough that it looks like grinded herb. I then throw it in the chamber of the grinder, close it and shake it like mad to mix it with the other grounded 'herb'. Roll up as normal. It burns real slow, and the white ash has a slight pink tinge to it. Have convinced friends to try it, all of whom have not touched tobacco since.

Really loved this products months back but stopped using as kept getting splinters and a few thorns. The quality really went down and way more stalks so wasn’t pleasant to use as I used it along side green. If the quality goes back to how it was it’s a good product! I noticed it does suppress your high also so if your trying to quit smoking worth using this

I bought this several times before, ended up preferring it over the competition because of the quality although a bit more pricey. Last one I got though is being returned, the quality has gone down and to hide this they minced it much finer this time (you can still see the leaves are brown and not green though). I just had a taste and it tastes awfully bitter compared to the previous times I bought it.. pesticides maybe, or moulds, who knows, fact is that this wastes my time and they should not be selling an inferior product without a warning o a massive reduction in price (unless bad publicity is what they are after), since the quality has decreased a lot. I still like the product and hope they can sort it out and go back to the previous quality.. I will update there

After reading other reviews I thought this seemed ideal as a tobacco substitute but sadly I was left disappointed with the product. I can only assume they have changed the product since people left positive reviews. I found there to be absolutley no flavour or even smell of raspberry. On other reviews I saw pictures of nice looking herb with red raspberry leaves in there but in mine not a single hint of red. The flavour is appalling, dry and harsh on the throat. Unless you are willing to grind this herb again it is very difficult to role with too. Its not exactly expensive and I'm not one to moan its just frustrating. If you're reading this and can suggest a better alternative please enlighten me. I won't be buying this again

The tobacco smoker needs throat feel, flavour and enjoyment. Raspberry leaf does all three - it is smoke, has a citrusy taste and a relaxing hit. There are rumours you can ‘get high’ on raspberry. Too many smokes and I certainly am chilled but can’t tell if it’s time off nicotine or it’s some sort of psychotropic effect. Raspberry is recommended for period pain. As a bloke I couldn’t test that. I do know that heat does destroy certain chemicals but enhances others (look up ‘decarboxylation’). Mugwort tea can enhance my meditation but doesn’t smoke well. I have had no reason to drink this as a tea but a rollie or two of raspberry leaves and I’m nicely chilled. For those for whom vaping or HEETing isn’t quite right? A £5er for a bag of this won’t hurt the bank so give it a go!

Ordered before as a tobacco substitute and was really happy, even recommended to friends. However the last batch I ordered was bad. Lots more rubbish mixed in like bits of stalk and wood, also seems to have been grinded to mulch this time (probably to hide the extra junk) making it much more time consuming to pick out the sticks. Whereas before you could see actual leaf and the bits of stalk were minimal/easy to pick out. I'm half way down the bag now and I'm not exaggerating but its atleast 50% twigs to raspberry leaf so it's ready for the bin. I should really be getting a refund, ill be looking for an alternative.

I came over to this from other brands and varieties of herbal mixes... Second batch in and I am still happy with the change. Much more neutral flavour and hardly anything in the way of sticks or stalks!

I was really hopeful that this would be a replacement for tobacco for mixing and to reduce nicotine intake. Unfortunately it does not burn well and smels like campfire
