POWER GUIDANCE Muscle Floss Bands - Compression Bands - Mobility & Recovery Bands - for Improving Movement, Increasing Circulation & Reducing Soreness

I’ve been using these at Physical Therapy my last week as a start to my therapy session. Great for doing a 2 minute warm up on the shoulder injury. I showed my Physical Therapist the YouTube video and she was on board to try. She assisted me with the application and then let me do my 2 minutes of stretching and motion with each shoulder. Great tool to assist with my shoulders recovery.

This compression bands are durable and effective, but they do take a little practice to use properly. Once you get the hang of wrapping and releasing, they’re excellent for breaking up muscle tension and improving blood flow. I use them mostly for my forearms lifting.

Really effective for muscle recovery and mobility work. The bands are thick, durable, and have just the right amount of stretch. I’ve used them on my knees and elbows with good results. Definitely a great addition to my recovery routine.

Only <2" and not as strong as the one I use at PT.

These are NOT the name brand of Rock Tape but they work just as well! I use these in my clinic daily!

I’m ready to share this with my Massage clientele. Two people have already asked me to order it for them to use at home.

The quality was okay but the actual usage was terrible. The bands slipped from the action area and had uneven pressure. The cling between bands weren't sturdy enough for joint mobility and activation without sliding. Rouge fitness bands are better.
