Comfort
I have never been a fan of snaps or insert pads. My wife convinced me to try them. They are comfortable and surprisingly did better than I expected them to. However, the insert shrunk therefore it’s no longer the full length of the garment which is okay. But the biggest draw backs are, that it is vary bulky which is alright since I only use these at home. I can't wash with other clothing because you state note to use fabric softeners. Sometimes it feels like wearing thick bikini underwear. At times they do leak a little but did better than I expected.I prefer snug fitting pull on which are easier to pull on and off and being able to rinse them and through them in the wash. No inserts, so I do not need to adjust or worry about snaps wearing out or opening up. But for the most part they are ok.

Great product
While being new to this type of brief, that I haven't used since birth, I figured it would be a great money saver. They do require an investment at first between the pants themselves and all the inserts but once the investment is made there should be no replacing until they have reached their limit of washings and can no longer hold the liquid dispelled from your body.That being said having no prior experience and unsure about how much the trial insert it comes with holds, I did leak quite badly and noticeable. That is on me and not the product since I was ill informed. I think once I make the proper investment in the inserts and pick up a few more of these pants I will have made the right choice

very comfortable and very versatile as the snaps help with a snug fit. The soaker pad is good but extra soaker pads will be needed for nighttime wear. Some dignity can be reclaimed with this product as they do look and feel like underwear to an extent.

Does NOT ABSORB!!!
Does not absorb like it said it does! Soaked through to my bed!! This product doesn’t deserve any stars!! Big waste of money! And I waited too long to return it!! Now I’m stuck with this stupid thing!
