Broke on first use.
First, I love Cresent as a brand, I knew they made amazing products so felt comfortable trusting this product. When I pulled them out of the package, I notice right away that none of the shafts were sitting straight in the handle. They were all angled to the side. After a close examination, I noticed that the shafts were not even securely fastened in the handle. A slight tug and they fell out. Eh, figured I’d just get past this and see how they worked. Was filing some cable tray at work, after a few trays, I noticed the half moon was cocked back a bit, I looked closer and saw a crack near the bottom of the shaft. After the next file, it snapped. This feels like something I’d buy from Habor Freight, or worse. It’s a severely disappointing experience and now has tarnished the Cresent name in my eyes. I can’t believe you would sell such a cheap product.

The file has separated from the file within a few months. Can glue back together but I expected them to last longer.
