It was easy to install and works as it should.

Our water was so bad the smell would gag you but thanks to this filter Our water is amazing I would highly recommend this unit

To set the application for use this is in a industrial water tank application that we use to show customer demonstrations of our pumps and their chopping/cutting abilities. The tank typically contains a large submersible pump any where from 5 to 60 Horsepower so we are also generating and adding heat to our water from the pump operation as it will run on a set cycle rate for 24 hours for months at a time. The water we use to fill the approx. 5000 gallon capacity tank comes from a well just like you would use at your home. Our water usage on average can vary month to month from 1,200 gallons to 10,000 gallons depending on ambient temps, evaporation and if we have need to drain the tank for periodic cleaning and internal plumbing changes.In the four years of using the well to fill this tank we always get a "bloom" of bacteria or organics and a fishy odor from the well once the water hits the light. It would normally take adding chlorine and water clarifier initially and every day for about about 2-3 days. until the water would be clear enough to see the pumps and perform a demonstration or record a video.Since installing this unit we have seen immediate improvement in water clarity, the "bloom" has become non-existent, no foul odor is occurring, and we have greatly reduced the amount of chlorine and clarifier we use for this system. Additionally we can immediately perform demonstrations or take videos and don't have to wait the 2-3 days for the water to clear up.For us this unit has been a great piece of equipment to help combat water clarity, odor, and visibility issues. The unit arrived in well packaged carton and no damage to the parts. Looking forward to see how long this unit will sustain the improvements we have experienced in our system.

Our old filter tank sprung leaks, we are on a well, have a brine tank also to soften the water and the Pro Aqua filter tank for well water said this... "Everything you need to install this well water iron filter system to your home or as an addition to a water softener or other filtration equipment". It came, we had a plumber here to install it but it Did Not have any way to connect it to our water conditioning system brine tank. I called the Pro Aqua Company, and they said no it could not connect to the brine tank. It came in two boxs, one for the electronic top and connectors, and one large one for the heavy tank. The person at Pro Aqua said he would email me with information of which tank set up I should buy. He never did..... We ended up buying one from home depot for hard water with a brine tank. Same Company made it. I tried to get it returned but Amazon first told us to keep it, throw it away or give it away, they had some kind of policy when it came to that, then they closed the request for return. NO REFUND was given, just closed. Then we called Amazon again to see why and what was going on, Then the re-opened the claim for a return, they kept sending only one shipping label for return, UPS needed two, for two boxs. Tried 3 times for help. Still only one shipping label for next two trys to return it. Then Pro Aqua sends me this, it says . Hello,According to the shipping information, the customer received the item that they had purchased.That being the case, this would be considered a customer-faulted return, and would be responsible for the return shipping costs.Our return address is iFilters Returns 5015 Hallmark Parkway San Bernadino, CA 92407Warm Regards,Technical Support AND THEY SAID ON AMAZONS PAGE this. The listing was mis-leading, They made returning it impossible because their were two boxs, The Company failed to send me an Email like they said they would to tell me which one I should buy. THE WHOLE THING was very badly mishandled. The product is probably very good, but the business end of it and how it was all handled both by AMAZON and PRO AQUA was a nightmare. It is costing me money now to return it. I am very disappointed in how this was handled, and the mis-leading information on their page, and them not emailing me back, and wouldn't even tell me on the phone what other type I needed..... Very Disappointed in the way I was treated. I wouldn't recommend ordering this from AMAZON to anyone. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON and SHAME ON PRO AQUA.

The filter is easy to install & get up going. I haven't done a water check by a lab yet, but water is clear and no foul smell at this time. The one thing I would have liked to have would be backlit screen for easy viewing. The tank does the back flush as programed. I read some feed back from other users and was wondering if they followed the installation procedure as to running the by pass before placing in operation mode. This is a basic important step for clearing the residue and removing air pockets. So don't rush past the initial flush. I will be watching for any changes in quality of the water. Time will tell,but so far so good. Only running for a bit over a week . Seems to be good bang for the buck!

Bought this a year ago. It's now a year later. Wanted to wait this long to give good feedback.This system is AMAZING. Easy to install, programming is a snap with the instructions. Most importantly, this thing works beyond good. YOU want to see the results? Water in picture on left is from my well before the PRO+AQUA system. Water on right is after PRO+AQUA treatment, before being treated by water softner. A picture is worth a thousand words, isn't it?I have high manganese in my water. This is typical of the wells in my area due to the aquifer. Off the chart manganese when tested. As you can see, my water untreated is Lipton tea in appearance. This unit makes it CRYSTAL CLEAR! I can wash white clothes no problem without staining. My toilets and sinks don't stain.THANK YOU for making an awesome product. Best of all, no additional chemicals needed like other systems. I don't see a down side here, do you? System is worth every penny.
