These chewable gummies are great vitamins. They work well and are easy to use. I am an adult who takes two a day only Because I watch all my levels closely and that’s all I need. My medical team has approved this vitamin for me and says that this brand's vitamins are amazing and trustworthy.However, I originally started taking these vitamins because my sister could not tolerate the bitterness or sourness of them. I think they taste amazing though. So some adults or children might be sensitive to the taste. They are about 4 times the size of a Tylenol pill.

I bought these for my younger kids who can’t swallow pills yet. I tried one and they’re really good tasting! Kids take them without any issues. They only take 1 instead of 4, because of the price but also they eat decent just want a little something to supplement them.

Good clean ingredients really good health benefits there’s more than one vitamin in these which I love. The taste is good it’s sweet with a little bit of sour. There is no smell and they’re perfect strength.

The serving size is 4 vitamins! For a bottle this expensive that goes quick. No iron but my toddler will take them so that is a plus. Will not repurchase
