Easy to work with..
Top quality. But only thing is it doesn’t come with power supply adapter + a little expensive… but all worth it..

All you need is you, your guitar, wired earbuds and this device
Although I only recently bought the NUX Mighty Plug Pro for the first time, this product has been around for several years. As such it is tried and tested and still popular. I thought the price was very reasonable given all of its capabilities. Although you can use it pretty much “straight out of the box”, if you invest time in installing the App to your phone/iPad and your PC or Mac, you’ll get much more out of its capabilities like modifying the provided effects and creating your own sounds. When trying to update the Firmware I learned that not all USB B to USB C cables are created equal! I wasted time using an existing cable I had trying, unsuccessfully , to get my PC to detect the unit. Then I read on the internet that the the cable must be one with more than the standard power delivery capability. I have limited knowledge about such things but understand that these cables are USB C PD. This is also vital if you intend using the units DAW capability. Anyhow, my point is …… use the supplied USB C cable and save yourself hours of totally unnecessary frustration and enjoy playing your guitar.

Good simple recording solution
I use this to record my electronic drums using my iphone, works really well and is very easy to use.

Impressive
I have been looking for the right gadget to enable me to use my iPhone as a multitrack mixer for live gigs without having to lug around huge bits of kit. The iRig fits the bill very well, with an easy plug and play interface for a mic and an instrument cable, with convenient individual gain monitors and dials, as well as a separate MIDI channel (you will need to buy extension cables for this as the ones provided are simply adapters) for electric keyboard (you will need to find a decent VST, and I have yet to be suitably impressed by any in-app purchases). I decided to fork out another £50 on the right USB-C adapter to enable me to power both my iPhone and the iRig itself, and thus myself the headache of worrying about battery drainage during gigs. This has worked quite well, but I have noticed that the iRig inexplicably crashes after about an hour and I lose signal for about 20 seconds while it restarts itself. While the technology is impressive, and the sound quality pure, you should expect noticeable latency for live performances. This is not an iRig issue as such, but the reality of compounded latency as the signal is processed by the iPhone, EQ and FX applied in app (I use Cubasis), and then channeled back to the iRig’s two outputs. This can be a little off-putting, but seems to be the price of portability! I have to say that, whilst I did experiment with the iRig freeware apps, none of them provide the multitrack functionality I actually needed, so I simply don’t use them. You will likely need to fork out a bit on propriety apps like Cubasis (the demo version that comes with the iRig will leave you wanting more).

Solid audio interface
A solid audio interface and the software is some of the best on the market.

Don't touch if android
It doesn't connect via android, no matter how many arguments with "customer suppprt", in quote a because it was an awful experience. ANDROID DOES NOT WORK. Seeing it, it comes across as the portable interface. It isn't. You need speakers, or headphones. It won't allow playback via phone or pc speakers. Unless using the heavy lag driver. Therefore unusable. Who wants to hear the output half a second later than played on the input. Plus they advertise it primarily as Apple. Even though through phone support they say differently. Stick with quality such as focusright. Get an adapter. Just as un portable .. Yet better quality. And way better quality customer service

The Best but Pricey
This is the only interface to use alongside an iPad for hassle free connections.plug and play simple as . One star removed due to price ,it is over priced IMO for something made outta plastic .

Only one thing is annoying
Proprietary cables… if you misplace the connection cables you cannot plug this to your computer/phone/tablet. How unfortunate in 2023 that we still have to deal with that.
