An outstanding, high-quality product that worked flawlessly out of the box. Despite having pretty much zero experience fitting after-market systems like this I found the fitment relatively easy with only small adjustments to the directions provided in the manual (my FM antenna connection in the car just needed to be adjusted slightly to fit the provided cable, and the areas of the center console it directs to trim only need the soft parts of the material removed - not the hard plastic base). The Android OS is intuitive and easy to use. To be honest it has far more functionality then I'll ever need. The head unit itself looks great - it fits perfectly into the center console and matches the trim really well. The display is bright; the touch screen is responsive; and the steering-wheel controls worked immediately without any manual set-up. Unit was fitted to a 2001 330Ci Convertible (E46).

This is a fantastic head unit for your BMW e46 (1999-2005). The unit looks great, and matches the interior dash perfectly....even the color of the button backlights glow in BMW Orange! Installation took a while because of the rat's nest of wiring and harnesses...I was able to smoosh that all to the gap to the LEFT of the unit to allow it to fit flush in the dash. Take your time......you'll get it in eventually. Watch as many youtube videos as possible....they're really helpful. The CANBUS decoder (included) brought my steering wheel controls back to life! (Something my top-of-the-line Alpine head unit couldn't do). Instead of Google maps, I decided to use SYGIC maps/navigation instead....looks much better for nav than Google maps does. I didn't even have to wire up the external microphone. I'm simply using the built-in microphone on the unit itself, next to the volume control, and parties on the other end of phone calls tell me I sound "perfect"....even when travelling at highway speeds! The seller, Million Expert, even included 3 bonus items at no charge (only had to pay the sales tax): 1) Dashcam; 2) Backup/Reverse Cam, and Wireless OBD Scanner ! Overall, this unit has made me look forward to driving my 1999 BMW 328i again ! No regrets! Thanks to Sicily at the seller, "Million Expert", and to EONON for a fantastic product!

Would highly recommend. Brightens up the interior with a much more modern look and super ease to install. I did have to take a wire cutter and trim a small plastic nub off to make it fit perfectly but once I did that it was perfectly flush and looks almost OEM.

Overall, very easy to install and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and radio quality is really good for the price. It has ease of access while still retaining a factory look. Best part is that it fit OEM, worked on the first try without headaches, and looks extremely modern! Apple Play on a 2000~ vehicle that looks like it belongs there. Doesn’t get better than that. Only con is the volume is amplified a bit so you only need to listen to the radio on volume level 1. Otherwise with the HK speakers in the BMW sound great no matter how loud.

Perfect fit and works great. It looks OEM in a 2002 BMW 330i. The first gps antenna did not work but they sent me a new one. It's still a little weak compared to my phone but it's ok. Hard to beat for the money.

This head unit is so slow it's unuseable. If I could give it zero stars I would. First, it takes about a minute to boot up. All the keys have about a 3 second lag for the first few minutes of operation after that. There is no sound from google maps when music is playing, no matter which settings I change. Android Auto is not available for this hardware version, even though it's advertised as being android auto compatible. All I want is to get in my car, turn it on, and have it play music without me pushing any buttons or getting half way to work before it plays anything. This cannot do that. These head units look nice, but the quality is just awful AWFUL!!

I love having this in my E46, but there are just so many bugs and so many janky things about it. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto constantly drop out in exact locations with no known reason, the EQ muddles out after every restart of the car and you have to switch back and forth between presets to fix it every time, and every full reboot asks you about the default launcher as if to try and pry away your choice to customize. This is being sold primarily to western markets and it feels VERY poorly ported over. English translations in menus are very confusing and hilariously bad in spots. Left peptide and right peptide? What? Peptide is the side my steering wheel is on?? Oh and button reprogramming is a joke. It never works. Software updates? Never seen those either. I'd like to see updates that address these issues and iron them out. Oh and the install? HELL. You need to modify several things about the radio bracket and your trim to get this to actually install it without breaking or missing anything. If someone from support would like to follow up with me on this, I can tell you what needs to be improved and what could be included in the instructions to help others.

Just installed my Eonon GA9450 in my E46 and couldn't be more happy with it. Great features for an amazing price, blown away by the simplicity of the install even with having had the OEM Nav. It feels so great to have bluetooth as well as useable maps with Android auto. In my case I had a failing OEM amp unit so my speakers weren't all active, but upgrading to this unit saved them. Would definitely recommend to others. Great customer service as well letting me know how to receive my promotional gifts which is a bonus.

It works great, fast screen touch. However my AC/heat lights up but not blowing . Does some face the same issues.

Great radio. It's however a little bit smaller than the dash opening but you will barely see it. Radio works great sound is better for the voice but you should add an after market amplifier and sub to add the missing bass. Radio is easy to use. I still have to play with it but overall it's worth every penny. Install took about 2 hours with all options installed. Will test the microphone soon and the hands free hopefully it will work good

Install is not a hard job but you’ll need to buy a relocation bracket for the Hvac system as well as the extra module for appleCarPlay/AndroidAuto which i hate having it laying around behind my shift knob! After a few months i have the problem of system freezing up completely! You either gotta wait for 30mins till it goes black out and restart or you’ll need a simcart removal needle to reset it!! It’s so annoying!! I like the original look of it. Plus i get a lot of compliments cuz it looks awesome!

Google maps is extremely slow, and Waze crashes often. Android carplay doesnt show up in the app store, and the built in screen share software is AWFUL and does not work. most other features work well, and comes with hardware that can work with a reverse cam, dash cam aswell.
