So far ok. I am hopeful it will improve my throat and mucus issues too early but will update later. One problem is I have lot of diffuculty swallowing the capsules. I plan on opening the capsules and mixing with water. No problem. I have muscle deterioration due to Kennedy's disease.

These work well, but they taste awful. Be ready with water when you take them. The capsules are somewhat large, so if size is an issue you may not want this one.

It's a great anti-inflammatory but it's not nearly as strong as ibuprofen in my opinion. Definitely a lot SAFER though thankfully. 👍

I didn’t really get to use the product because the seal was broken and that is the only reason I’m giving out a two stars. It’s very disappointing when you are waiting for a supplement and it’s not checked before being sent to you to ensure that the seal is not broken. Not only was the outside seal broken, but the covering under the cap was also not there.
