I'm 48 around the waist with thick thighs and this product fits me just about right. It's seems just a tad bit tight on my leg altho that's kinda of the point but it does give me some concern of how long the velcro straps will last since they just about reach. I have to move and crouch alot through the day, so I worry that it may unstrap while I have it on which can be a very annoying experience, luckily its 3 separate velcro straps so it lowers that possibility. I would definitely recommend this for someone a bit smaller than me like 46 then I would say you have the perfect product. It did fit me tho and has pretty good grip. The product actually helped my upper thigh shocks and hip pain which was very surprising and exciting. It was instant relief and made my walk a lot more firm and 90% less painful. The sleek design allows it to be worn under clothes. I will say that after about 2 to 3 hours you do tend to feel bothered. Its like wearing headphones for too long. You just want to take it off for a good while. Very good if your at work. You can just hop in the bathroom real quick and put it on or take it off and then throw it in a bag. The instant relief is actually really noticable. It puts a smile on my face every time lol.

I purchased this 5-in-1 leg brace after a "popping hip" injury due to overuse. Using this brace within 3 days of the injury provided additional support to my hip, allowing me to walk normally and bear weight on the leg with less pain during recovery. I used the brace when walking and working out, which reduced the risk of the hip popping out again and minimized pain and fear for me during this time.Pay attention to the size chart and measure to ensure you have the right fit. The Velcro adjusts easily to achieve the right amount of support, from strong to less, as you heal. I am very pleased with this product and likely would have paid much more had I gone to an ortho office to purchase one based on my experience. It arrived the next day and is a quality product. I am 5' 9" 140 pounds with an inseam of 33".

This belt is useful on both sides of your legs.the velcro is sturdy it doesn't come lose. You can sleep with it on throughout the night. And it really releases the sciatica pain.

I have been couch ridden with severe sciatica pain for four days now. Can't sit, can't hardly walk, can barely lay down on my non painful side. This brace helps tremendously with walking and standing, but only when I strap it very tight, which in turn causes problems of its own after an hour or two. It does not relieve any of the pain whatsoever, but helps me feel more able to walk and take full strides, which I need to do anyways no matter how bad it hurts. Overall the product is good quality and exactly as described so it's definitely worth a shot to try and find some comfort especially at this price. The calf wrap is arriving today, hopefully it helps with the pain more than this does.Also, the size it decent. I have a 30 inch waist and weigh only 145. The regular size fits and doesn't have too much slack from having to stretch it so much to make it tight.

I tore my hamstring ten years ago rollerblading. Since then, every year or two I manage to tweak it and limp for a week. This latest tweak (lifting bags of soil with legs not back like I'm supposed to) I was two days in, and got this. I've been walking with no problem now. Occasionally can feel that it is sore and it should be hurting when I walk, but the leg just works.

Took a hard tumble to the floor on right side of body. Quad strain, hamstring strain, hip flexor strain top and bottomWaited eagerly for this product to arrive and prepared for some relief at least.Um, not. This material is like thin felt, zero compression whatsoever. You are basically just folding over thin piecesof felt and attaching with velcro straps/ Even the waist straps have no elasticity. The garment is oversized. HUGE. If you are a small to upper medium sized lady you will struggle with all the extra material around your thighs and it will be a challenge to get the proper secure support you seek. In fact, if you are badly injured and are having trouble standing, you will have a great deal of difficulty even attempting to put this piece on. You will need assistance with that. There will be no comforting supportive massage sensation when you have this on bc there is zero elasticity to support your muscles to cleanse the lactic acid and pump in new blood. Extremely disappointed and perplexed. I will have to tell you honestly I felt worse with this garment on. Much worse. I will go with regular compression slip on garments in future
