This actually does seem to work, or the act of having a foot massage is relaxing and helps the recipient go to sleep. Bought this one to replace a much loved one that came in a cancer patients gift box, would have given five starts but this one is thinner and more of a lotion. I think the body buttery one feels nicer to apply

This lotion works so well. I have no idea how it works, but it works really well. As soon as I put it on, I am able to go to sleep right away. And I sleep really well. I will continue to buy this as long as it keeps working! Oh, and it smells amazing. A friend asked me what perfume I was wearing the next morning! She said it was so nice and subtle! If you are thinking about trying this, definitely buy it!!!
