Great so far
I'm not a smart phone obsessive and neither want nor need the latest thing. I generally buy a two or three year old NIB Galaxy every few years, as I did with my previous phone, a Galaxy 8+. My S8 still works ok for all of the more traditional cell phone uses, at least until I dropped it and broke the camera lens. However, I've been putting a lot more demand on it recently with several wifi and Bluetooth gadgets around the house that I did not have when I first got it. It was becoming increasingly laggy and grouchy about working with the various new apps and requiring more frequent reboots. Between that and the broken camera lens, it was time to upgrade. At first I was thinking of simply upgrading to an S9, but the more I read and researched, the more I thought it would make more sense to move up to an S10. They were about the same price but the S10 has some useful upgrades, such as more RAM. I went over my planned max budget of $300 by about $20 to get a 10+ and a NIB rather than someone's old "refurb". I'm glad I went that route. It arrived in an unopened, factory sealed box with all of the undisturbed factory packing and accessories inside. I've had it since October '22 and so far I'm happy with it. We travel a lot and I use it to control and monitor wifi things back home such as HVAC, sprinklers, and motion detector security cams. I also frequently use exercise, step counter, sleep monitor, various other health apps and tie-ins to a Galaxy Watch, internet access while away from home, for photos, and to stream podcasts. So far it works great for all of those thing and keeps up with the demand without issue. And oh yeah - in a pinch it can also be used for phone calls and texts. :) At first the larger size of the 10+ took some getting used to, but now it feels natural and I'm glad I got the plus version. However, I can understand how the larger size might be a problem for people with small hands or pockets, as some have stated in other reviews. This review will be updated if any significant problems occur. Edit- one year later update: The G10+ still works great, no problems, and is still handling the load of extra uses I ask of it without a lag or complaint. In fact, I'm thinking of ordering another NIB 10+, cloning my existing 10+ onto the new one with periodic updates, and putting it away for if/when something bad happens to my existing unit. That would allow me to pick up right where I left off with all of the current apps and settings in place without having to find and buy one under duress, possibly after all of the NIB 10+ sets are gone.

Worked awesome for 4 months, dead now
Bought this S10+ to replace my S9. Phone seems brand new perfect condition. Used smart switch to transfer all the data and moved the simple card over. Was good to go in just a few hours. Missed the notification light that I had with the S9 but added an app called LED ME KNOW and it took care of that problem. Super happy with this phone. Update August 28th 2024. Had this phone for 4 months and it died completely, won't power up at all. Tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find and this thing is dead as a brick. Very disappointed that this has now happened.

Samsung galaxy s10+
Great phone, had it for almost 3 years now and it hasn't given me alot of problems. It's very durable and it has sustained some pretty great falls. The phone is still in amazing condition and works perfectly fine and smoothly. Features on this phone allows me to download versions of apps and games that other phones do not despite being older. The battery life is great and it work amazing. The white looks super pretty, and I like how it's designed. Definitely neat and not too big to carry in the pockets. Camera quality need work and storage should be bigger. But over all, amazing phone and easy to use. My first phone.

I believed it... My Bad
I did receive a real Samsung S10+, but not as described! It is NOT unlocked it is a T-Mobile device. AT&T will NOT help unlock it and will not activate it! The box has a sticker on it stating that it was unlocked by Samsung - I will understand that the seals were removed and replaced (Probably by Samsung?) But it just irritates a buyer when it is advertised as Unlocked "NEW" and I got a box that was re-sealed! If somebody knows how to unlock these without waiting 2-3 days for Amazon to send me another phone from the same place - I would appreciate the support! Follow up Report: Today I finally got hold of Samsung direct and the Technician advised a manual update to the OS and Firmware would correct many of the issues. Odin and 3 hours of watching technical video support and the phone now works! the unit now reports the correct memory capacity, the Samsung Factory logo and works like it should have out of the box. If the buyer is not a Tech savvy computer-oriented person I suggest buying it from a reputable seller that has some support. Otherwise, you will spend about $200 USD to get somebody to correct the problems and get it working properly! The carriers WILL NOT help you! and Amazon is not responsible for the 3rd party.

A good option for a new phone - genuine factory new unlocked phone
Just recently received the phone, as a replacement for a broken older LG V40 (similar features and vintage). Appears to be a genuine factory new, unlocked Samsung S10+ phone. Estimate manufacture date to be less than 2 years old, based on software versions. Battery appears healthy and "new." So far I'm very happy. This is a review not of the phone (many reviews of phone online), but of what you're getting with this purchase.

I dislike that it gets hot fast. I love the overall look of the phone. Finger reader is not the best. The battery life is ok.
