LorAnn Bakery Emulsion, 2-pack Red Velvet & Cream Cheese

Doesn't take as much as regular flavorings

I purchased this emulsion kit a while ago but had not gotten around to using it. I decided to give it a try for Thanksgiving and now I'm mad I didn't use it earlier. Everyone absolutely raved about the cake I made. It gave the cake a rich red velvet coloring and the flavor was unbelievable even though I took a shortcut and used a standard chocolate cake mix. I can't wait to see how it turns out when I make a cake from scratch. If the box cake was any indication, it will be absolutely fabulous.

Used to make flavored coffee- worked well

Flavor in baked items didn’t come through, and I was a little disappointed that Cream Cheese didn’t remind me of Cream Cheese much, but I definitely used them all up, and they enhanced my baking experience more than they didn’t. So, worth it (for me).

The Red Velvet is very good but the Cream Cheese emulsion taste like the cheddar on popcorn. Not very good.

All of my experiences with LorAnn products have been great. The flavor it adds to my baked goods has everyone asking what did I use in my recipes.

I uses this kit to make some red velvet cookies for the 4th and it really helped with flavoring and coloring for the dough. Highly reccommend!
