I use this to make Farinata, a delicious chickpea types of fried bread. The flours is consistent and worked perfectly for this recipe. The grind is a nice texture - smooth and easy to work with. The bag is a little challenging to seal after flour has gotten into the grooves, but it is still feasible. You get a lot of flour for this price and the Bob's Mill brand is one that I trust and appreciate. This chickpea meal is easy to use and doesn't have any odor or foul smell.

Excellent price . Bob's Red Mill stuff is good . I use a little of this chickpea flour to help hold my homemade falafel together . Quality , fresh chickpea flour . Just right fine flour texture .

Aside from making it yourself, this is the best Chickpea flour out there! I even use it to make dog treats, much better for their digestion than regular flour or oats. Makes excellent farinata!!

Always a Quality Product!

The chick pea flour works well for alot of recipes. We like it in pizza crusts but not great in pancakes or waffles as much. The favor is mild, no real Odor, and the texture can be a little dense and crumbly.

Gluten free option arrived fresh baked well. Like trying new trendy recipes and found IG recipe that called for this. Always looking to add non meat proteins in meals and love organic chickpeas. Love the Bob’s Red Mill organic brand and have rarely been disappointed. Smelled fresh.
