These glasses work brilliantly for looking at small print or working on small fiddly things. The LED lights are great and make a massive difference to my ability to see small stuff. I like the fact that the lights are rechargeable rather than using replacement batteries

These JML magnifying glasses do the job but the light stops working after a while. I have now purchased several of these glasses, but the fragility appears to be on the arm in which the light is installed. This arm carries the internal wiring for the rechargeable light and on one of my most recent purchases the left hand arm is stiff and will no longer close, so that you are left with a pair of glasses that you cannot close when not in use. My overall impression is that they are OK-ish but not worth the price paid.

Further to your email regarding the feedback of my recent purchase, I would like to reiterate my concerns. In May, I purchased three multi-glasses. Unfortunately, two of them have already stopped working after just three months of use. I have followed all of the manufacturer’s instructions and troubleshooting steps, but the items remain faulty. I have also contacted the manufacturer directly, but they are requesting numerous details and, ultimately, asking me to return the items. Please note, however, that I am currently in Gibraltar, and returning the items to the UK would cost me more than purchasing a new set. This seems unfair, especially as the products are supposed to be covered by a one-year warranty. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter without the need for me to incur significant shipping costs. I would appreciate a fair and practical solution, such as a replacement or refund.

These are very good quality glasses. Well-designed and nicely made. Very impressed for the price. They come with a pouch , instructions and the obligatory USB/USBC cable (to add to my huge collection). They are a comfortable fit with a good viewing angle. The lenses are crystal (sic) clear and magnify perfectly. The dual LEDs light up the target area more than adequately for up to a distance of one metre, or so. Charging time is about 30 mins for 3 hours use - so not an issue even if you forget to charge (just have a coffee). Obviously, if you are a burglar, make sure they are fully charged before safe-cracking. I looked at quite a few light-up magnifiers (many just different badges for the same article) and finally plumped for JML on the basis that they have a brand to protect. Good call, if I say so myself :).

Have used these glasses a number of times, have been great every time.
