Not bad, but be prepared to do a lot of work.
This came with no instructions whatsoever, but I was able to transfer the guts from one of my old PS2 front-loaders. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the process. I was able to feel my way through the process.One the bottom of a the console are eight squares, four of which have rubber pads on them. You need a fine-tip precision screwdriver to pry them out without damage. Eight screws hold the case together. Make sure you place them relative to their removal points, because they are not all the same size or color. There are some internal screws that need removal, as well as the two screws on the top front of the DVD drive. That's because you have to remove that top panel permanently to make it a true see-through.

Came as described. Be aware of the fat PS2 has many revisions. For my model I had to take extra steps in using the custom disc tray cover.

Good
Fits and works good. Plastic didn't break when screwing the parts down. The replacement piece for the front panel didn't work, oh well. You have to replace the white disc with the one that came with your ps2, or else it won't spin.
