The best decaf espresso coffee on the market!
Excellent flavor coffee! I use is daily in my espresso maker! It makes some of the best Cappuccino's and Latte’s!I found this coffee at the trendy intelligentsia coffee shop when I was in L.A. and I’ve been hooked ever since! This coffee has Great flavor! It doesn't have the burned flavor like Pete’s and Starbuck’s so if you like that stuff then you might not prefer this Espresso. This espresso is a true medium Italian style roast that is flavorful and delicious. One thing to note, I order directly from Intelligencia here on Amazon and wouldn't order from other sellers. The reason is that you can't be sure about the roast date. <-- see the negative reviews for this specific issues. Although Intelligencia does sell here on Amazon, there aren't always listed as a seller. So if this product isn't listed as buying from Intelligencia, then I suggest buying directly from the Intelligencia website instead. In the past, I have contacted Intelligencia via email directly here through Amazon and they added it back on this website for me. It's too bad they don't always offer it here on Amazon because this really is fantastic coffee (and a very cool place to hang out if you ever go to L.A.).

Expensive but worth it, the favor is unbeatable
A little expensive but you get what you pay for. Hands down the best decaffeinated espresso roast I have ever encountered.I grind this extremely fine in my burr grinder and just love the results.

love it
once you drink Intelligentsia you cant drink anything else. they roast their beans fresh. Medium roast is what i like. if you like the dark roast like starbucks then this might taste too mild for you. but i hate the starbucks dark roast so its perfect for me

Not a smooth flavor. To me this has a burnt tobacco-like flavor and smell. For those with a sensitive palate or sense of smell, this product is not for you.

It has a very good flavor. I use it iced coffee. I have also used it for hot expresso coffee. Why do you require a certain amount of words to rate a purchase.

Good when fresh roasted, But when more than six months old, not so much.
This review is less about the coffee and more about the way it was provided. I've had this coffee before, and when it is fresh roasted, it is wonderful. However, the last package that I ordered have been roasted about six months before I got it.By this point, it has lost most of it's savor and produced very little Crema when brewed in my espresso machine. Because of this I returned it, and Amazon with its legendary customer service gave me a full refund.I won't order it from Amazon again, unless I can be assured that it has a more recent roasted on date.

Awesome decaf coffee for espresso
This is one of the few decaf coffees I've found that makes a great espresso. The price is reasonable, and with free shipping I'll be buying it again!

Great flavor!
Really enjoyed the smooth, somewhat chocolate taste. Only negative was price....too high for just 12 oz. May buy again, but Redbird decaf is also excellent and less expensive!
