This is a good quality magnet pad that helps me for relaxation and has a calming effect. It also helps me with muscle pain. I strongly recommend it.

I've had mine for quite awhile now. I'm reviewing this in particular because I get immense relief from this under my pillow (in the bottom of the pillow case to be exact.) How? I find it relaxes my muscles, neck and whatnot. Racing thoughts dwindle, and I sleep great. (grounding blankets can be a great thing to add to benefit sleep too)For those sceptical, I urge you to look into the various studies finding tremendous benefits from magnetic North. There is a college level book over in India called Magnetobiology, looking at this stuff in a very technical light.In short, if you're unsure but want to somehow benefit your sleep, buy it try it put it under your pillow and wait a week to see if it helps. If so, awesome. If not, oh well. The return policy is good.Anyway, good stuff.

Like product however, after using it for a week my hip were so sore. I looked it up online and it said do not use if you've had hip surgery. Too late!

I use the pillow pad in both of my pillows along with a magnetic eye mask to help manage my chronic migraines. I feel that it has made a measurable difference.

I feel this has helped my neck which has a pinched nerve in the disc. I have numbness and tingling in the neck every night. The magnetic pad is there to support my neck... I also have been able to dream more than I used to. I recommend trying this pad, as the other brand is triple the cost, which I had bought before and it fell apart.

This is my second Serenity 2000 Therapy Pad. I have used one to sleep on for many years. It is said some 60 % of us have degenerative spinal, back, and hip problems as we age and I find magnetic products help with the pain and sometimes the immobility. Because of increasing sitting discomfort, I wanted a second pad for my chair. It did help, but has ended up in my bed. I sleep on one and put the new one over my hip, back, or knee area depending on the current discomfort spot. And it REALLY DOES HELP and off to blessed sleep. I highly recommend to at least give it a try.

The magnetic therapy did not give my husband the relief he needed

Magnet therapy makes a huge difference in my life. I am currently in a wheelchair fulltime and it helps with circulation as well as strength and self healing. Magnetic therapy helps your body to heal itself. Getting these pads helps give me energy, which often makes the difference in being able to transfer safely from wheelchair to bed or chair or toilet. Using a pad in my wheelchair has significantly decreased the number of times I have had to call Fire Rescue for lift assist to get me off the floor after a fall during transfers.
