Relieves pain of joints due to fall.
I use it on my left shoulder & hip from a recent fall on the ice, i am seventy-three. I love the coolness of the gel pack which comforts the shoulder & hip. Now everyone is different in feelings of these gel packs, so these are just my thoughts. But i would definitely buy another.

Great icing brace! Buy extra ice packs
It fits very well. I added a photo to show you the ankle and the knee. You need to put a small, thinner towel around your foot at first, because the packs are really cold. Then, as the packs warm up, I remove the towel so I can get a longer time icing. It does warm up rather quick, but I love the way it wraps around the ankle and fits well. I purchased additional ice packs, so, if the packs warm up too quick, I can slip the other packs in for a longer icing of both ankle and knee. I would buy this again. Also, I rolled my ankle and got a servers bone bruise, but no surgery needed. 👍

Excellent post surgery relief!
My wife had PLRI surgery and this was an absolute life saver. I put this on her elbow for 20 minutes every hour for 48 hours after her surgery. It gave her a ton of relief and I believe it helped her healing process a great deal! As soon as I’d put this on her arm it was instant relief.

Cheap and effective
These are great for cold and hot compress. When they are cold, they are still flexible and hold their temperature for a good 15-20 minutes. They lose heat faster than they do cold, but it’s easy to just throw them in the microwave to heat them back up. I use these often. Great price too!

Great addition
A reviewer suggested buying these additional gel packs for the knee brace and it truly makes a lot of sense. You really need those extra packs if you're icing every thirty to 40 minutes.

Great to have an extra set of gel packs for my knee brace. Easy to switch out with warm ones to keep knee injury Iced.
