This is one of my favorite flavorings for my mushroom candies and lollipops. Great flavor and rich coloring.

I used this with real strawberries in hard cider, and it works great. No artificial aroma or flavors but you need to use a little and work up your recipe, as too much will taste artifical. This also seems stable in baking, so works great.

Lots of strawberries this year, but not much flavor. The grandchildren love Grandma's strawberry jam and jelly -- what's a good cook to do? Yes, Grandma and I "augment" the flavors of our fruit preserves as needed; growing seasons vary year to year. A half teaspoon of this flavor oil per batch turned blah into begging for more. [Grandma cooks; I taste, then use the 2-inch vinyl circle labels from Amazon to make sharp-looking gifts.] Nobody asks, we don't tell, and the strawberry jam and jelly taste as delicious as they did last year.

Lorann strawberry is my favorite flavor to add to sparkling water. I use sodastream to make my own sparkling water. This has a really good strawberry flavor. I just wish it was clear and wish they didn’t add the food coloring to it.

I used this product for strawberry pizzelles. It has a strong scent and flavor. Definitely will buy it again.

This product is as advertised....super strength. Be careful with the first use, measure carefully and use less than you think you should. You can always add more after tasting. I make my own yogurt. I like a fairly strong flavor and use a little over 1 tsp. for a 10 cup batch, although I do add a little fresh fruit increasing the yield.. This holds true for all flavors I have tried thus far.
