A very good purchase.
This was purchased as a gift for my grandson, who had great fun assembling it with the help of his Dad. He is delighted with the end result and it will make a lovely addition to his Lego collection. I would thoroughly recommend it as a purchase.

Ninjago goes Technic-lite
My eldest daughter (age 7), who has been into Ninjago since the early series and has loads of the sets from the TV show and movie, was slightly bamboozled by this set and wasn't familiar with the theme or characters at all. Looking into it, it's based on the 'Prime Empire' theme from the latest series which, as I write this, I don't believe has been shown in the UK yet. I'm sure she'll lap it up the same as the previous Ninjago series' when it comes out. Unfamiliarity with the time aside, this set was eagerly assembled over the course of an hour or so, and the 8+ age range more or less hits the mark. Any younger Lego proficient hands will manage fine. That said, the car/plane itself does have slightly Technic feel to it, with some of the parts and the mechanism. It's a visible step-up from the previous Ninjago sets we've got here. With that more advanced construction you of course get a more playable piece once build, and this one has some good moving parts. Overall this is a really good kit, and once the Prime Empire series is more well-known I'd guess it will be a popular piece.

Une voiture Lego pas trop compliquée à monter, en fait ça dépend aussi de l'âge de l'enfant. Les Légo Ninjago plaisent toujours autant, même quand ils (les enfants) commencent à grandir. Les roues rentrent un peu vers l'intérieur quand la voiture se met à "voler" :-D (mais attention, tout est manuel ;-))
