Haven't had a gout issue for more than 4vyrs

I take 2 capsules, twice a day for arthritic pain, I also take NOW brand Curcumin (95% Curcumiminoids) and Source Naturals' BioPerine (10 mg.) I take one BioPerine once a day with food and a Turmeric/Curcumin capsule twice a day. I took the first bottle of this Tart Cherry (Amazing Formulas) and didn't order more as I was not convinced it had helped but within 10 days the pain I took it for got worse, I ordered another bottle and after several days of taking all of the above (including the Tart Cherry Capsules) the pain was better like it was originally. Unfortunately it took me 10 days or so to make the connection to the increased pain to me not taking this supplement anymore. I suppose me feeling better could be a coincidence, or psychological. Oh well it's a great price for 200 capsules even if it's psychological. I've found them easy to swallow and actually are slightly smaller capsules than many other supplement capsules such as the NOW Curcuminoids.

I have found tart cherry supplements to be useful for inflammatory pain in my knees and other joints. I've tried many different brands. This particular brand doesn't have the same "kick" the other brands have at the same dose. I realize that as a supplement doses can legally vary but it costs more to take more for less effect.
