Outstanding moving equipment
Fast and easy assembly. I had the wheels on and in service within 15 min. This worked perfectly to allow me to move by myself a 200lbs 50gal aquarium over rough terrain outdoors, up the steps on my front porch deck and all the tight corners and bends going into and through my house. I put down a large moving blanket over the two rails of the multi cart before setting my aquarium on so I could wrap the blanket around the tank to protect it from scratching, and then I used three pull straps around my aquarium cinching it securely to the cart/dolly frame. The cart seemed very sturdy and did not bend or flex with the load at any point even the time or two picking one end off the ground using it as a two wheel dolly. This has already paid for itself as far as I'm concerned. Outstanding moving equipment! I could see this working great outdoors as well moving firewood around if you strapped the load to the cart. Highly recommended tool.

Worked perfectly, no regrets!
I have been eyeing different versions of the these carts for quite some time (like a few years) and not quite pulling the trigger for various reasons. I was able to get by with other solutions that kinda worked, but were sometimes a bit precarious for all the cargo I was trying to load up (usually photo/video gear). I took another look at this when I got a music job that would require me hauling a few bins of small handheld instruments as well as my keyboard between 4 different classrooms - with only 5 minutes of transition time. I had previously purchased a foldable wagon (which was the best purchase I had ever made for hauling stuff), but knew it would remotely work for this particular job. I decided on the R10RT because I needed something pretty big and wanted a version that would not have small wheels and only work on perfect floors. This cart was a PERFECT solution for my job, allowed me to smoothly roll everything around and (with a modification) serve as a keyboard stand as well. I added a platform to the top section (and intend to add another), making use of the built-in holes in the handles, and was able to turn it into a rolling music machine. I used it at full length (52") and had to learn how to maneuver it around a couple tight corners, but this thing was a life-saver! There is no way I could have done the job without it. Like NO way. I read pretty much all the reviews (which is why it takes me forever to purchase anything) and was well aware of any potential issues - and willing to accept the "risks". This unit is VERY easy to set up and operate, I don't feel there are any quality issues at all, I didn't experience issues with the paint (and think I'll survive if some does scrape off). I immediately knew that I had made the right move when I saw how much stuff I could load up on it and how easily it rolled around. If you need to haul a bunch of stuff around in one trip, get this unit. I spent so much time using inferior solutions (hand trucks loaded up with everything bungee tied together, rolling bags combined with backpacks of stuff, etc.) and realized that there was no reason for me to have to struggle with carrying all my stuff when there was a great solution already out there. You seriously will not have regrets, and you will wonder (like me) why on earth you didn't get something like this before.

What I was looking for. Came in as expected. Delivery was fast too.
Very sturdy. It was easy to put together. I got the R10 so is not too big or too small for me to use it as a mobile DJ. Not a light item but the load weight capacity makes up for it. When folded the sides wabble. I added a velcrow strap to one of the bars and fixed that issue. Locks work fine.

Best Music Rig Cart
Bought this from Amazon 5 years ago when it was on sale for $175. Excellent deal. I understand there's an issue with quality control, and people end up with lemons. Mine just happened to be a perfect one, no issues assembling or using. It still looks and acts like new. I use it several times per week for gigs and busking on the streets of Chicago. It easily holds both my busking rig (picture attached) or my gig rig including a Bose L1 M2 with B2 bass module. Rolls smooth as silk through Chicago streets and parks, and I don't have to carry anything. I just push or pull my little mighty cart and stroll to wherever. Highly recommended... UPDATE: 8/1/2024 - Cart still functions fine after a decade of heavy use. I don't need to busk anymore as I play gigs full time, but the cart is still with me to carry all my gear. Best purchase ever. UPDATE: 10/5/2025 - Cart is still very functional. It is rusting in spots, and I've sanded and repainted it. One of the front wheel's rubber wore down and became uneven. I'm glad they sell just these wheels so I replaced it and regreased everything, so it rolls smoother than ever. Great gig cart.

Great cart, and the large front wheels make a ton of difference
EDIT 2/9/22: After using this cart with daily use for like 6 months I find it completely amazing. I used the cart in the fall for my kid's sports and lugging around water and coolers. Then in November and December I used it to move out of my apartment, where I had to go down a long hallway, out the doors then across a parking lot to a garage. Basically a quarter mile walking each way in and out. No issues at all and I KNOW I would not have been able to move as I did without this cart. I originally gave it 4 stars and I am keeping it at 4 stars still because of the handle that has too much play. I do not worry about the wheels as the cart rolls fine and the initial greasing I did upon assembly is doing well and I used it loaded down many times. (about to do maintenance on the cart) I read a pile of reviews before purchasing this and the big negatives are the wheels. Once I got the cart I realized that the people complaining may not have read the directions before assembling. The rear wheels use a wide plastic roller bearing built into the wheel, which isn't the greatest for longevity. However, they specifically tell you to lightly grease the wheel bearings and once you do, the wheels spin freely and act as if they have normal wheel bearings in them. It seems as those who are complaining may not have read their instructions or didn't do the periodic maintenance that the instructions tell you to do. The other highly ranked review claims the cart bends. Yeah, it is rated for 500 pounds, but that means evenly loaded. You need to place the heavier stuff near the wheels or place things evenly across the cart. Don't expect to spread it open and place a 500 pound weight in the middle. Doesn't work that way. I weigh 300 pounds and can stand on the cart and roll around without issue. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well other than the plastic built in bearings, the wheels are amazing. They are large and roll over grass easily with one or two hundred pounds on the cart. You cannot roll this on grass completely loaded down. Pavement and commercial thin type carpet is no issue with a ton of weight. The major downside and reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the handle tubing just flexes too much when the cart is loaded down. You start pushing and it feels like either the handle is going to bend or the tabs that hold it are going to bend. (I wish the handle was slightly beefier but the tabs that hold it need to be longer for better engagement as well. ) I may either buy or make a top shelf brace to use with it which would tie both handles together and should make it far more stable. If you have made it this far, just buy it. It folds down small enough to fit in my trunk with a cooler, cases of water, boxes of snacks, folding camp chairs, and a few other things. It holds a bunch of stuff and the tubing is small enough that bungee cords attach easily and hold stuff you put on it. It has no flat rubber wheels that roll easily and clean nicely as well. (plus the wheels lock so it will stay put on non flat surfaces)

Amazing, a must have for the gigging drummer.
This review is for the R6RT cart, and I have to say that this is one of the best purchases I have ever made.As a regularly gigging musician (drummer) I spent years hauling in my kit a couple pieces at a time, constantly locking and unlocking the car and making multiple trips. Eventually I grew wise to the ways of the hand truck and purchased an industrial grade one from a local hardware store. Although it properly fit my equipment it was large and heavy and took up too much space in my SUV to be practical. Enter the R6RT cart from Rock N Roller. This thing was a god send, and has made the worst part of being a musician (load in/load out) so much more tolerable, and saves me a huge amount of time during set up. I play on a small "portable" kit and the R6RT fits all of my equipment snugly and easily, and breaks down to a convenient size that fits perfectly in the trunk of my car. The lightweight aspect of this cart is another huge plus. I also love the "no flat" wheels (a problem in the past with industrial hand trucks) which slide smoothly over most surfaces including grass and small rocks while remaining stable. I would recommend this cart 1000x over to any musician that has gear to haul. For anyone thinking of buying this cart, so not hesitate. However, the R6RT fits my small drumset perfectly, but anyone with a "normal" size kit will definitely need a larger cart; but if the R6RT is anything to go by, the bigger carts should be up to the same incredible standard.

The Little Cart That Could
What can I say? This multi-cart is amazing! After spending quite some time debating what kind of cart to purchase to make moving my music gear easier, I decided to finally pull the trigger on the Rock-N-Roller R6RT mini, and haven't looked back. This thing is great! I don't use many of the forms besides the standard cart layout, but it's nice to know that I can also use it as a dolly/hand truck if need be. Its the perfect size to carry two speakers, turntables and a gear bag. The fact that it folds up is a game-changer, too. I can take this anywhere, paved or offroad, and have never had any problems with it yet. This is a must-buy for any traveling musician!

Fair Price, Strong and unique design...check structural integrety after shipping..Flimsy box.
UPDATE 2: This 3RD TIME PURCHASE...lIKE ALL OF THESE are shipped in a box suitable for keeping it closed and unscratched...not much more padding. I suspect that mine was slightly bent as I have had it for a couple of months with it sticking as you slide the frame to make it smaller. The box it comes in is just to keep it from getting scratched and if it has been dropped off of a shipping line or from a toss into a truck...yours may also stick...I thought it would get better with a little use but now I am going to spray some silicone into the main bottom frame that makes allows it to slide from minimum to maximum length. ALSO: the rated weight for these carts is fairly accurate due to the thickness of the metal and the plastic rimmed wheels. If you have this heavily loaded you do NOT want to slam the front wheel into a hole, crack in the sidewalk. ALSO: If you pull this from the very top, it will eventually bend at the bottom of the frame. This is strong enough to work if you take care with it but light enough not to kill you stowing it into your vehicle. It is the best suitable cart for my music work that I could find without weighing so much that I wanted to leave it in a dumpster instead of loading it. If you stack on stuff high... you may want to Bungie strap the stuff that will fall off. UPDATE 1: Just ordered another model 10 my 2nd in this class and my 3rd from this company.. It fits 2 10" powered subs, a 8iu rack studio rack case, a suitcase with 2 line array speakers with 4x5" speakers in each, keyboard and it's hard plastic case on top, my foot pedal board, my bag of cords and 2 stools that I got from Walfart to sit on and put my rack on... Not Bad. I will say that it comes with WHEELS YOU HAVE TO PUT ON and a little toy wrench... I will also say that I may reinforce where the front wheel metal support meets the main part of the cart... This is the crap designers idea of obsolescence and bends if you happen to hit a hard bump on the load in. It is about the best solution for my solo/duo act and often can make 1 trip in...but usually bring my guitars and keyboard stand in first to park safely then wheel this thing in with the rest. The back wheels work on sand....the front ones DONOT....and for fatter front Wheels this company wants near 100 bucks more.... I have never needed replacement wheels but they can be found online and from less expensive sources. I had the smaller lite version of this for musical gear. It worked fine but I had to deal with some patios and sidewalks and their uneven cracks that would catch the little front wheels of the smaller version. I got this one with about 2x the weight capacity, that I did not really need and the larger wheel size... it does go by the sidewalk irregularities better. Another factor about this cart from a musicians point of view is that it is relatively safe on the hands and fingers with few cutting or pinching hazards if you are reasonably careful....CAUTION !!! watch the little button on the bottom that lets it get smaller....I have pinched my fingers on this stupid thing more than a few times... I have bought 3 and liked them all.
