My dad has been struggling recently to remember the day of the week and/or calendar day. In addition, with the very long summer days he's not real sure sometimes if it's morning, afternoon or evening. This clock was the answer! My dad loves the clock!! The small size is perfect to place beside a bed, on an end table or desk. The information is bright, large, and very easy to read. And when the clock arrived it already had all of the correct information entered into it!! Maybe to some that doesn't sound like a big deal but it's impressive to me this company takes the time to insure when your clock arrives it is literally ready to go! We love it so much I'm ordering another one to put on his desk!

I like the simplicity of entering all the functions of the clock, i.e. time/date, brightness, alarm tone volume etc. My 99 yr old mother in law used to miss lunch or dinner but no more. Also, she now can SEE the actual day of the week which reminds her of Bingo and bible class.THE only upgrade I can think of is a different alarm tone for certain events. PLEASE UNDERSTAND DRINKING WATER IS A HUGE ISSUE FOR SENIORS, THIS IS WHY A DIFFERENT TONE WOULD BE NICE. Also please add 4 additional drink water alarms. The issue with having the same alarm tone for so many different functions is the senior may not be near the clock screen and may get confused and think the alarm is for a different event.Otherwise a GREAT product.

A few things to note here:1. The original clock we bought has an issue and Vicky from Vefaii customer service was beyond amazing. She had a replacement sent out to me instantly.2. We needed the clock to set reminders for our ADHD child to start his tasks so most of the default screens would not work for us. Vicky was able to provide us with the replacement clock with the ability to have 10 custom screens on it which is exactly what we needed. I would recommend that Vefaii just make this standard across all their clocks.3. Custom screens seem to need their own audio file added for alarms. MP3s work just fine but iTunes M4A will not work. You need to convert your iTunes file to an MP3 first.4. Setting up and navigating the clocks menu screens are a breeze and took minimal effort.5. The 4 different visual interfaces are quite nice.6. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of professionalism and amazing experience I had with Vefaii customer service.7. I highly recommend this product. I know there are others out there on Amazon just like this but you want the products from Vefaii.

We purchased this clock for an 89 year old senior who is experiencing memory issues. The size of the display makes it very easy for her to read and identifies the day of the week as well as the date. That gives her a way to match the current day and time to the facility's activity calendar. The time is very easy to read from across the room.It's also got a battery backup which is great because once the power goes out and returns, the clock displays the correct information. This is especially important as our senior can no longer figure out how to reset a standard electric clock if there's a power outage.We don't use any of the alarm reminders, so I can't speak to how easy they may be to set up and use.Our senior loves this clock!

I purchased two of these for my mom, who is experiencing some early dementia. Overall, I am pleased with this clock, with the exception of ONE thing. With the 12 hour clock setting in use, between midnight and 1:00 AM, the clock displays one hour beginning with zero rather that with 12 (for example, “0:01 AM”, “0:02 AM”, and so on, instead of “12:01 AM”, “12:02 AM”, and so on). I can understand that being the case if the 24 hour clock setting is chosen, but not when the 12 hour clock is chosen. This “hour of zero” has added somewhat to the confusion my mom was already experiencing when she wakes during the overnight hours.I do like the medication reminders, but needed more than the pre-installed ones, and was able to set up what I needed (for the most part) on a flash drive. I would find it more helpful to be able to add more than just five personalized reminders to the flash drive, or to be able to edit some of the pre-installed reminders that I don’t need to use.

This worked great for my centenarian mother. She could easily read the time and date and view family photos.

I bought two of these hoping that this would help my kids keep on schedule with all of the various online zoom classes. This clock is perfect! You can make up to 5 custom alarms - so I have one for each of their classes. You just create folder on your computer for each alarm (call it "alarm01" etc.) and place inside that folder a picture, mp3 file, or video file you want to use for the alarm. Then you put them onto a USB drive and stick it into the clock. Then set the alarm for the right day/time. It worked perfectly! I have all 5 class alarms loaded in addition to other alarms for lunch, snack, etc. This is really fun for the kids too because I let them choose their favorite mp3 songs for each alarm. This is definitely going to make it so much easier for me to focus on my own work while my kids are at home for school.
